did some singles to see how high i could go on seated military. got 225. might have been able to get 1 more, but didnt go for it. really was a form nazi this workout. everything was really controlled and made sure i really felt the movement

couldnt tell ya, i dont cycle carbs lol
lol its summer, my workouts and schedual is all messed up cuz i only get about 3 workouts a week in on a 5 day split lol. im kinda just doing what i havent done in a little while.

if ur looking to gain strength, keep a low volume/high intensity workout...do a chest/tri, back/bi, leg/shoulder routine...
do 2 compounds at 5x5 and 1 isolation per big body part (chest,back,leg)...and do 2 exercises 3x6-10 on tris/bis/shoulders...
sample would be:
Chest/Tri:
5x5 Barbell Bench
5x5 Incline Bench
3x10 Flies
3x6 CGBP
3x10 Pushdowns
Back/bis:
5x5 Deadlift
5x5 Rows
3x10 Pulldown
3x8 Barbell Curl
3x10 Hammer
Legs/Shoulders:
5x5 Squat
5x5 Leg Press
3x10 SLDL
3x6 DB Press
3x10 Side Raises
