Read an article saying that Leg excerises release more testosterone in the body because the legs we constantly use so by hitting leg equipment out harder we release the testy we could use the result to use one or two other body parts that day for your workout let's say your strugglen on biceps or the lats you been wanting to bust out hit legs first hard and then do the one or two your strugglen on to gain.
Do you agree?
