I eat like crazy and my goal is mass. And though it's a no brainer that Mac & Cheese won't create more mass, i'm just wanting to know if it is something good to eat that wouldn't be along the lines of being called "junk food".

You can't make general statements about whether or not a food is "good for you". It depends on your overall macros.
In general, pasta and cheese are perfectly acceptable sources of nutrients. They're not the best, but they are adequate. And if they taste good, they will help keep you sane than a clean, boring diet. If you are bulking, you should not be worried about the content in mac & cheese. If you eat a lot of pasta, make sure you aren't getting a disproportionate number of carbs (like 60%+).

Mac & Cheese will definitely create more mass. If your diet needs more calories, macaroni and cheese would fit the bill. It has a decent amount of protein, along with milkfat and slower digesting carbs. Kraft's has a lot of extra chemicals and preservatives, though, so in that regard it would be considered junk.
