WTF Downton Abbey!
Ugh. This is the worst. I wonder if Cunfewzed watches that. I got fat tweeting about this kind of stuff, lol.
...
Btw, the strife in here made me anxious earlier. I was all
I'm conflict averse.
Also, I'm psychic again. Ferris Bueller is on. Cameron is taking a stand right now and he just killed the car.
Last time I mentioned "The Natural" in one of the challenge threads and it aired that night.

debating on going to the gym, have had the flu or something like it the past two days. Feel somewhat normal now though. My gains :0
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

The key isn't eliminating pizza, ice cream, ect
The key is getting enough fruit and veggies
Once you hit your micro nutrient goals you body will automatically build muscle and shed fat
The iifym *******s think ice cream and carrots are equal because they are both carb sources LMAO.

Only good foods would likely yield better results but at some point you would likely see diminishing returns.
For instance, only eating good foods would become stressful ---> cortisol would rise ---> insulin levels rise ---> fat burning not even once

Think I am getting a cold. Still did my morning jump-rope session, we'll see about my evening jump-rope session.
I didn't IF over the weekend, so going back to it today is a mild disappointment.

I still struggle b/w 1-2 p.m. on a daily basis with IF. I've been doing it consistently for months now. My body tells me it's hungry aggressively for 1 hour, then goes back to not caring. It takes determination every day not to break down and head for Subway or something of the like.

The first couple weeks I didn't have much of a problem, and I have to admit I do like winding down for bed comfortably full, and that's essentially the only reason I am going back to it. But I am not terribly meticulous about stretching the fasting window, I eat a light lunch around noon and a big dinner around 6-7 usually. I certainly haven't been feeling any of the magical effects yet, other than less dishes to wash.

I agree. I usually have a protein shake after my morning workout to the tune of about 200 kcals including milk, so I'm not religiously following the regiment. Much like you, I just like eating a giant meal for dinner and staying within my caloric goal. Breakfast and lunch are the martyrs that allow me to do so.
