Kai has the edge in the BDB, but Phil clearly beats Kai in the RLS. Kai's traps are too small and when he fully hits the RLS, his middle back is too smooth with very little separation. Every muscle in Phil's back "Pops Out" at you when he hits the RLS. Phil's delts are rounder in the RLS and his arms are just better in the RLS.

In my opinion, Phil easily wins the side triceps and owns the pose. Phil had the edge in the Side Triceps in the prejudging. In the finals Phil tightened up a lot while Kai came in flat. Look at Kai and look at all of the fullness he lost in the finals.

mid section, pecs at this angle, tricep, forearms, delts, you dont really judge bi's in this pose but they are there adding to the huge muscleyness of the arm so I'll add BICEPS. Calves. Conditioning is debatable for either. Kai probably overall has better legs but Phil's arent exactly something to sneeze at.
fyi anyone posting in this thread can bet their asses I have my raincoat on in prep of the inevitable $hitstorm I potentially have caused by saying "pecs at this angle." I've got my derp goggles on too.Spike92 is 15.
