Why is this? Anytime I go out and drink with some friends, the next morning I wake up early and feel kinda energized.. yes a little hungover but cant sleep any longer. I like it because on normal days I sleep and sleep until I have to wake up for work atl ike 1 pm but today I woke up at 10 am it felt good.
Anyone know why is this and if theres anything I can drink or eat that is healthy at night to wake me up energized?

sheeeiit im the other way around. i would always wake up much earlier in highschool. now that im in college i try to drink a **** load of water when i get home and pop a multi. usually makes things easier the next morning. if i dont down 3-4 glasses of water, ill wake up around 5 or 6 with a mouth dryer then the desert

Everyone is different, but I know some of my friends that are kind of like you and wake up early after nights out and feel energized. I'm definitely not like that.
It has to be the extra calories that does that for you. Maybe you feel the energy the extra calories provide more than the actually after-effects of the alcohol, which is a good thing for you.

I too can never sleep very long after hitting the bottle, and I'm the same way with the anxiety and jitters. It sorta blows balls I usually don't feel too tired, but I always feel just anxious, and if I have any caffeinated drinks besides coffee they really mess me up: short of breath, blurred vision, dizziness, and sometimes nausea. All in all I never have good hangovers.
