weighed in at 319.5 today, so im pumped that i lost from last week, and i feel GReat since starting this.....
i found a new fixture in my change of lifestyle, Franks red hot buffalo chicken breasts.......saute in PAM.......refridgerate.....consume for dinner during the week...... Franks red hot buffalo sauce has 0 cals, 0 fats, and 0 carbs! (although it does have lots of sodium, but at this stage in the game i dont think it matters to a fluffy guy like me, i jsut stay away from the 3 amigos (CALS, FATS, and CARBs))
ran a mile this morning, going swimming tomorrow, and a beautiful 5 mile bike ride along the coast on saturday!
keep it up guys and gals!"Discipline is the bridge between your goals and achievement."

weighed in today at 201.2... My chin strap came a little loose overnight from the CPAP, so that number I'm sure includes the loss of an extra pound of water weight... I don't expect a huge loss if any next week, but I'll take it! So close to sub 200, I want it badly by 3/1.

and one more thing, its not only inspiring that i have lost a little weight, but not eating the processed foods, sodas, and fast food has made my energy levels sky rocket, not to mention i dont feel like im going to pull something if i need to bend over or jump over something......im gonna focus on being more flexible these next 2 weeks, as well as incorporate some functional training (ie. stretching, swimming, plyo) for the next week and see how i feel..
i hope to get under 300 soon, i will reward myself with a wetsuit and start learning to surf!"Discipline is the bridge between your goals and achievement."

The sodium might cause you to maintain a bit of water weight, so keep that in mind if the scale doesn't cooperate when you're eating like that. Probably a good idea to compensate with more water if you're taking in high sodium foods (that's how I deal with it anyway...gotta have my salty stuff!)
Fat, but working on it.
Again.
"Do you think the men who built all this had it easy?!" "Hard men! Doing hard sh*t!" "And that gives me a hard on! But, uh, not in a gay way or anything."

calorie burn 3250 calories consumed 2750
I ate 4 meals today and find that I do better on smaller meals. Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

i know this is not a competition as such, but feels good to be sitting in 2nd. The first week and a half was tough with the hunger pains ect, but i have overcome them now and it is much easier. Strength levels are a little down, but im not concerned about that at this stage. I'm eating clean, weights 3 times a week and only been skipping 2 times a week for 25 minutes. Diet seems to be the most important thing just like everyone always says. I have only been drinking water nothing else, no supps, only protein w/water. I've been watching lots of motivational videos which are really doing it for me.
This thread and http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=140898921 has been really good for keeping me on track and motivated.
EDIT: 999 posts, i need something big for my 1000th.I rape back

Up 4 lbs from yesterday, assuming most of it is water weight as I had a FUK TON of sodium yesterday. Had dat tasty Pho TWICE yesterday. Sitting at 195, looking to get rid of the water weight and hopefully weigh in around 190 next week
