    L-Leucine and HMB: One or the other vs. Both???

    I've been taking HMB for some time now and I love the effects. I feel like I maintained a lot of mass through my last cut cycle. It has become something of a must have for training. To my understanding it is what L-Leecine metabolizes into. So my question is in regard to Evogens K.E.M. , it seems to have a fair amount of L-Leucine; should I continue to take a HMB suppliment while taking the K.E.M., or would that be a waste of money??

    HMB isn't useless, by all means keep using it. When you are done, leucine is a better alternative.

    HMB isn't useless its just usually overpriced. Its not going to be much different than regular luecine. Go with what's economical
