Actually, funny story about that....was getting a snack from one of the vendors at the show and the woman working the counter asked me if my hair was real. I told her it is and then she pulled on it a little just to make sure or something.....lol.
Thanks all, really appreciate the comments and support.Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult...

I was inspired by Stephanie’s action pics. A friend of mine who used to compete as a bodybuilder in the 90’s and is now a master powerlifter does photography as a hobby. I asked him to take some shots.
I admit I am not as beautiful as Stephanie. Plus the fact that my Mickey shirt negated my attempt to cultivate a mean warface image..

OK....end of week 5 of cutting. In the 180's! 189.5 dry this morning.
Shot a quick progress vid in the gym. I am approaching where I want to be, but still going to cut till I shed the last vestiges of fat in the midsection. (still have a 10mm skinfold at the navel). 3 site BF calc says 8%, but I think I look higher. Dont really care about the number, just like to track progress.

I was able to get 445 for a new PR and then failed on 455. I think I’ll go for 450 the next time I’m up for some attempts.

Wow, I haven't been around the forums much lately, but the awesomness of this thread just grows and grows.
Due to various reasons, mostly work-related, I've just been eeking out 1 or 2 low volume whole-body workouts per week these past 6 to 8 weeks. Every week I tell myself "this is the week to get back at it", but it never fails that something happens on Monday to drain the desire and energy out of me. Work sucks and I'm a bit depressed over the whole situation. Anyway, this is the week! I'm off work for 10 days, so I joined the local community center on a temporary basis, and have been hitting it hard for 4 straight days.
It's so awesome to work out on a fully equipped facility where other people are actually working out. Today I did squats for the first time in about 12 years. I have to do a lot of walking this week with company in town (sight-seeing and shopping), so I went light and cut the leg workout short, even thought I wanted to go longer. I don't want to be in TOO much pain this week. I did 2 very light warm up sets, then 3 not-quite-as-light sets of squats. Then I did seated calf raises for the first time ever! Threw in some lunges, leg presses, and straight-leg calf presses before calling it a workout. I used to think I was satisfied with my 35-45 minute lunch hour workouts, but in this gym I've been motivated to workout about 1:15.
I thought I was going to wait until my job expires on Jan. 1 to join the gym full-time, but after these past few days now I feel like I have to go ahead and join now.
This forum and this thread continue to motivate and inspire me! Keep it up guys and gals.
