Hello here is a chart for the ave person bodybuilders will add weight as they add muscle.
    http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
To determine your frame size grab your wrist infront of the wrist joint before your hand. If your thumb and middle finger overlaps your small frame,if they meet medium frame. Dont touch large frame.

Also here is a quiz to help you with your body type.

Wow I am only 50-70lbs overweight. I though it was worse.

My lbm is at the upper end of the ideal weight.

Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!

This is just the normal height weight chart. What I wanted was one specifically for bodybuilders at beginning, middle, etc. stages of bodybuilding.

Thanks for posting this. I've always wondered what body type and size I am. Turns out, I'm a mesomorph with a large frame which really surprised me. I thought I was small-medium framed, leaning toward endomorph.

Now I got to look into diet and exercises geared toward my body type.

I did that quiz 2.5 years ago and I was closer to an endomorph
took it a minute ago and it said I was closer to mesomorph. (score 2.08)

I was thinking the same thing because I took this test morning and got a surprising result. I have not taken this quiz before and only 'guessed' my body type and frame size by looking at my old pics when I was very skinny and lanky in my teens. I'd think that's the 'true reading' of my physique. Anything I added to my physique since then through food and exercise will of course alter my body type. However, I don't think it will alter my frame size - bone density, yes but frame size, I don't think so. (Maybe someone will correct me on this.)

Having said that, does that mean that if the endomorphs and ectomorphs change their eating habits and exercise more, do they eventually become mesopmorphs? Once they stop, do they revert back to their original body types? What about mesomorphs who gorge or starve? I always thought 'once an ectomorph, always an ectomorph' REGARDLESS of what you added/subtracted from your body. Wouldn't you think?

Hopefully someone can clue us in.

Great links! ... I have a small frame and my weight says to be between 126 to 139 so I'm at the low end. I do know that I need to add mass and would love to be around 132 (lean though) I'm between an Ecto and a Meso

Same thing happened for me. I suspect it's in how I answered a few of the lifestyle/attitude questions (i.e. "laid back" vs. "worrisome"). I'm not sure that lifestyle changes can have that effect, but I would love to hear from someone with some real expertise in this field.

Took the test same results as always They didn't tell me anything I don't already know

    Your score is 2.92.

Your body is closest to an Ectomorph. You should concentrate on gaining weight in the form of good lean muscle tissue (some women that are too thin may also want to put on a little fat to look more feminine). Weight training should be done but not too often or for too long each session. Weight should be fairly heavy and workout pace slower (longer rest periods between sets). Diet should be high in calories (good quality food not junk) and you should eat more then you're used to and often. Aerobic and other activities (sports, dancing, etc.) should be kept to a minimum, at least until you are happy with your weight and looks.

    I got a 1.5 The truth hurts!

When I try to circle my wrist with the thumb and forefinger of the other hand, I have a half inch gap.
