    Sounds like a solid pan.. And the only way you would come close to dropping 6% in 30 days. Sorry to break it to you man, 4% even probably will not happen

    Question is an oxymoron, not happening if you already at some form of reasonable BF. Why would you need/want to cut so much so fast. Cuts take time my man. You need to have your diet and routine down to a T and stick with it until you hit your goals. Fat didn't get there over night and it won't go away over night

    When i want to get really lean and im not worried about putting on mass fast. I lift 7 days a week. I get **** for it but it leans me out like crazy. Cut your calorie intake and throw in some cardio. Make sure your workouts are intense. You should get somewhere around 4% if you do it right. Its all in the diet. If you dont have a good diet though, dont even attempt this or else it will whoop your ass.
