Hope you don't mind, but I showed your pic to a couple of friends who were afraid that heavy lifting would make women look scary. I told them, "SHE can squat 195 x 5," to which they all said, "ohhhHHHHHHHhhhhhhh!"

Fo realz, 195x5!!!!
That is mighty impressive. Plus, you just gave me more motivation to hit over 200 today,I can't be having girls half my size lift that much more than me. ;-)"There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. Totally fine with showing people that you won't look like a dude lifting a little heavy
Thanks Andrea!
Kinda surprised myself actually. Been hanging with 155 and 175 for a while now working on getting lower figured I'd try out a little more
You know how some people don't look as heavy as they are/hold their weight well? Yeah my legs don't look like they are as strong as they are. Go get those squats E!My Journal

Lol'd at "TBar boob squisher" - our T bar machine used to be like that. Then they took it away during the reno and just left us with the BB and a 'wedge' - now we all fight over the V appliance (only one and folks want it both for T bar rows and seated rows!)
Workouts are soooo strong girl! And you look upber hawt in your LBD!

^^LOL!!!! That would be a very precarious apparatus for me at the moment. You see, I've been wearing the same sports bras I purchased back when I was 125lbs and a small B. They were expensive and I refuse to purchase more so I'm cramming C+ sized boobs (and back fat) into them. Brb... when putting on your sports bra is reminiscent of giving birth... it's too damn small. One rep and I'd be flashin' nipples like a sorority chick at Mardi Gras.
So... what did you end up doing for leg day??!?!
