    Yah I think I did it right. I had used the sticky in the Nutrition thread to calculate it out. Im 6'3" at average 204 pounds. Im assuming im about 10-11% BF. Calculated out around 3200-3400 cals.

    Aiming for about 220 protein, 110 fats, and 360 carbs. Im currently up in Northern AB working in the middle of nowhere eating camp food so its tough to measure my macros. But ill be officially done Mar. 6 so I can finally get the my diet in check.

    Wow, just got the bad news. Anothe storm coming, another 20-30 cm's mixed with freezing rain, gonna be another crappy drive home in the morning...so tired of this. If I have to lift another shovel full of snow i'm gonna freak out lol

    Looking good! I'm so glad I'm not in camp anymore lol It certainly makes eating better easier. What camp are you at? You are lucky you will soon be free!!

    Currently in Frontier camp. It's roughly an hour and a half north of FM just past Fort Mackay It's honestly not too bad, I just try to get most of my calories in at breakfast and dinner, because the food is fresh. Sandwiches everyday for lunch is getting kind of annoying haha. Which camp did you work at before??

    I usually lost weight when I went to camp. Limited food that I would actually eat so I'd have LOTS of veggies. Maintained at Athabaska/beaver/Oilsands tho because the food was really good

    Hey guys. Hope everyones day is going good.

    It's busy as hell today at work, and of course I just switched to a day shift today. 8 am gymin is not for me

    Edit: Also, I did squats this morning for the first time in about 3 years. Only did 135 for reps, but felt pretty good. Reaching out around the plates is kinda tricky though, lol.

    So it looks like after consuming 8+L water/day, 1+L chicken stock/day, countless vitamin C and echinacea, some iron, zinc and Neti pot usage every two hours all tonight, I seem to have (almost) gotten rid of this cold before I start my holidays in 3 hours.......

    That is pretty awesome FLEX. I've only ever seen it done by a couple of people IRL. Congrats!

    I'm going to work on my squat and I don't think it will take me long to work up to 225.
