Planning on starting a cut in Feb, and was thinking about getting a pre w/o for the extra energy before workouts. Also planned on taking BCAA's because the ****'s good for retaining muscle during a calorie deficit.
So my question, would the BCAA's in MusclePharm Assault provide me with enough of the amino acid's alone? (3g per serving and i work out usually 4x/week = 12g per week). Would 12g/week be enough BCAA? Or would I have to buy more BCAA's on top of this to take on my non-workout days?
Cheers brosefs.

If you can't afford both a pre and a BCAA product, just buy the BCAA - I would try it alone first if you have to pick only one - then see if you still feel you need the stims for your workout...take your pick Xtend, Intrabolic, PW, etc...I used Intrabolic for a couple tubs and had no need or desire to take a pre-workout...
