Hey everyone,
I am 21 weight 168lbs and have an athletic build with a little bit of definition and muscle...i want to get bigger and more cut. Only day I cannot workout is on a Tuesday.
I have been working out pretty steady for about a year and a half.
If ANYONE can recommend a great workout plan to help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Or even if you pointed me in the direction on here where I could find a workout plan
I am currently taking CELLMASS by BSN and plan (after I get to 175/180lbs of muscle) to take atrophex.
