    Tuna in sunflower oil??

Hey guys, i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that tuna in sunflower oil is pretty good for you, full of good fats, so ive started eating it as a snack...just one tin a day mid morning or mid afternoon. Is it as good as i think or have i got the wrong end of the stick somewhere

Agree. I still pick tuna in sunflower oil 9 times out of 10, for the simple reason it tastes 50 times better.

I don't see why it should be bad. It's just some extra calories.
