I know that creatine swells cells with water and increases your weight due to water weight. So, will this make your arms and legs look bigger? And then once you are off creatine your size decrease?

Creatine is a awesome supp an with a good diet and workout plan you should see good gains and strengh increase
Creatine mono isn't that much money and you prob got the Gnc brand so that also is gonna be cheaper.
If this is your first cycle of creatine I would do a cycle of 4 weeks on 3-4 weeks off. I think for the GNC brand a servings a tablespoon right? I would take one serving in the morning and a serving after your workout
Good luck with your creatine use. Hope u see some good gains!

i take my creatine everyday, people say you dont have to and its a waste but i still think you benifit from it, i take it in the morning before i eat and when i get home from the gym before i have my protein shake, it works well for me so id try that out, on off days i would take it when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep or 20 min before you eat dinner, you could also switch it up if you want like take it after your workout and before you go to sleep.
pretty much what the guys said above me lol

How much water should you be drinking a day whilst on 3-5g of creatine, because i can't really drink much at school, because i have to piss A LOT, but at home i dont mind drinking an extra 1 litre over half an hour, more if neccasary. Is it fine if water consumption isn't evenly spread out throughout the day? And how many litres should i be drinking?
Also, personally, do you piss a lot when on creatine? Is it just because the amount that you are drinking? Or does it have anything to do with water retention, and more water in your body?
