    Great as always!

45min stairmill with 75lbs vest 60 step min

    Great summer protein shake post
    8 oz OJ
    2 scoops vanilla protein
    4ice cubes
    Blend on high
I love that shake. I took it like that for a long time. Switching back to Vanilla asap. I decided to try Choc PB and...it's just Choc PB, nothing more I can do too it.

    Another good shake:
    2 scoops Vanilla protein
    Half cup diced frozen apples
    Few shakes of cinnamon
    4 ice cubes

There's no just way to make cardio look exciting, no CON-CRET, no pumps, it's kinda like dinner with the in-laws. It's a drag but it's something that must be done.

I did GVT from Jan. through March when I was trying to gain size. I've decided to go back to it for legs. It's perfect for me since I have back issues. I can use lighter weights and really kill the legs without worrying about another ruptured disk. Legs still wobbly today.

I don't think I'll be wearing this to school. I don't believe I'll probably wearing it around my 11 and 8 year old either. I suppose I probably won't be wearing it at all. I guess I'll have to keep wearing my faithful CONCRET Shirt!

Yeah dude, the KARBOLYN SHIRT is hot, I've got one too. I love the orange and fruit punch flavors, orange being the winner.

You'll definitely notice it when taken pre-workout with I-Load.

It's German Volume Training. The idea is to do 10 sets of 10 reps with each exercise. The claim is that the increase volume during the training will make your muscles grow. Not a strength building program, but hypertrophy. There are some good articles on bb.com if you search for them. It really added some serious mass to my quads for the 3 months that I did it.

It really shows how society has degraded when a company actually thinks displaying this type of stuff is acceptable. I'm sure no saint, but I wouldn't wear that ANYWHERE!! Heck, I wouldn't even use it as a rag.....trash can, better yet the burn pile is where it belongs.

You don't think it would look good wearing it to hunt deer? I would be put in the local newspaper in my Podunk town if I wore that in public.

It really doesn't take that long. 90 sec rest between each set. Probably takes 90 sec. maximum to complete a ss. So, 3 minutes per set total. With warm-ups, you are looking at only 40 minutes. I threw in the leg extensions, so I was out of the gym in 50 minutes. I only did 8 sets though cuz I could stand up to walk back over to the leg press.

    Lets Bench Shall We

    Preworkout:
    2 scoops blue Razz CONCRET
    1 capsule I-Load
    1 serving Karbolyn strawberry popcycle

    Bench Press

    bar x 15
    135 x 8
    175 x 12
    195 x 10
    215 x 5
    135 x 16

*I went up 10 pounds on my bench exercises today. I'll stay at this weight until I can hit 215 x 8. Then I'll move up again. Also, I was able to do 1 more rep today on my 135 burnout.

    Barbell Curl
    70#'s x 12
    70#'s x 12
    70#'s x 12

    These were supersetted with:

    Skull Crushers

    100#'s x 10
    100#'s x 10
    100#'s x 10

    Hammer curls

    25 # DB's x 12
    25 # DB's x 12
    25 # DB's x 12

I didn't take any Stims today. I wanted to review the I-Load samples that I have. I got winded towards the end of the workout and could tell a difference in stamina without a pre. On the flip side, I had one of the most intense pumps I've ever had. The 40g's of carbs in the Karbolyn with the ILoad really delivered. I had to lay down on the floor on my back there at the end to keep from puking my guts out and it felt like my arms were sitting on pillows. That was how blown up my Tri's were.

Good ****! I got my package from PS today, but I've been using Karbolyn for a few weeks now.

Karbolyn is pretty damn good. Due to the price, I'm going to try a cheaper alternative and see if I have the same results. It's really helps me to keep from fatiguing drinking it intra.

I took the orange burst intra yesterday, but it was so sweet that I think it lead to me feeling like I was going to hurl. As far as a pre-workout carbs goes, I don't think there is an advantage of the more expensive ones. I have a bulk bag of something called Carb Max or carb gain (I think that's the name) that is really the same thing but way cheaper. The research I've done pretty much says the Post workout carbs can be icecream and it really doesn't matter since your body is taking it and replenishing its deficit. I guess that depends on your goals though.
