Hello BBF,
I've been wondering around these forums for a while now, and although I have created a few threads and posted a couple of pics here and there I have never properly documented my transformation. I therefore thought it was time to create a thread that I can keep all my progress in. Here is what I've done so far...
Nov 2010 - 138lbs
June 2011 - 145lbs - Limited knowledge meant progress was slow, however progress was visible.
Sept 2011 - 154lbs - Learnt about macros, started to adjust my diet and also added in creatine.
Dec 2011 - 158lbs - Christmas 2011 and I was very happy with the progress I had made I a little over a year.
... left school at started to work 35 hours a week, shifts would vary and I struggled to control my routine. In September I started university and id only really managed to maintain over the 9 months...

Sept 2012 - 160lbs
Late Nov 2012 - 163lbs - Now on a good routine at university, making gains again.
Look forward to adding more mass and reaching my goal of around 180lbs whilst at university.
Currently standing at around 165lbs. Any constructive feedback would be great. Thanks.

Cheers, 3200kcals, would probably go higher as I dont put on any fat.. but I just cant eat that much, getting there though.
Id say they were pretty similar, not too sure what my lifts were too start with as I worked out from home for the first 9 months.My Transformation Progress Thread...
