So. Wrestling season is coming up. I currently take whey, multi, fish oil, BCAA pills for weight cutting and ZMA.
I have recently dropped the monohydrate and am cutting right now. I am 158 pounds and am looking to get down to 150 in a couple weeks. I am eating every 2:30-3 hours. High protein. Fruit, veggies, drinking a good amount of water.
So. Since i dont want to gain weight but creatine mono has done so good for me, is their a creatine that doesn't add water weight to you? One that helps with strength and that exlosivness that wont put any POUNDS ON YOU. Because i love the energy but hate the water retension FRO WRESTLING. thanks!

I understand, but ive already gone from 168 with creatine to 160 dropping it. To 158 cutting in 3 days. I need to get to 150 and maintain until the season comes (in 2 weeks) so that i can drop to 145 for *****. It sucks because i could easily dehydrate myself and make 145 and wrestle their but the stupid rules now a days make it so you HAVE to pass a pee test which suks. So i have to cut and be hydrated. It suks. Im deff gonna lose some muscle and just gonna have to deal with it i guess. BCAA's will help. but so wont creatine. And i just want to know if their is such a thing.

All I can tell you is from what happened to me during personal experience
i cut to 60s most of season @ 6% bf and got a doctors note when i hydrated at 52's. when i cut to 52s i was eating <500 calories a day. I drank the xtend throughout practice and didn't get as weak as i should have gotten
i can't say the bcaa pills will give the same results but i don't see why not!MS, Computer Science

it's doable. you just need to cut carbs except on dual meets and tournaments. BCAA pills wont help you loose weight i think. they'l just help you be less sore and recover faster.
i suggest you aim for 40s and when you hit 45s be happy
like....i aimed for 45s knowing it wasn't possible with my size/height and when i hit 52s i was happyMS, Computer Science
