Wowza...my biceps are sore! I am loving it!
Wowza...I am HUNGRY! Loving that too! I would so much rather be hungry than feeling full! I have been nailing the diet (except for yest...I forgot to pack my fruit for meal 4)!! Feeling much less bloated today and although my abs aren't as tight as I would like, I know I am headed in the right direction.

I am happy to hear you feel better today My allergies are kicking my butt (again/still)
Since you are in prep mode that is exactly how I would make the soup. Maybe add in some hot sauce for extra thermo effects and to clean the sinuses. If you weren't prepping I would be telling you to add other stuff as well.

Happy Hump Day!!!
Woke feeling tight and lean. My quads were popping big time!!! They still have a long way to go, but I will def take it *big smiles!!!*
I actually fell asleep sitting up on the couch last night I think I have two speeds...full throttle and sleep (and I even do that hard b/c I don't remember actually waking up and getting into bed).
I was going to sleep until 3:45 today (since it is only HIIT and abs) ,but my internal alarm clock got me up at my normal 2:50, so now I will have extra time this morning to get a few things done and to work glutes too .
Still no luck finding a good candidate at work. We have to find someone soon... for 3 reasons....
1. I am working WAAAAY to much (I will have 1 day off in about 12 days)....
2. going thru resumes and interviewing = me sitting on my ass all day, and I DO NOT like that
3. I miss the interaction with my patients!
I do like how the doc talks to our candidates as if it is "our" practice. I need a raise *wink*
Off for HIIThttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171086161&p=1435554041#post1435554041

Yes sir! I still keep my HR where it should be though (for the most part ) I LOVE the stepmill!!!! I am not a cardio junkie by any means, but when I do it, I get it done...with a smile on my face...no matter how much I may be growling on the insidehttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171086161&p=1435554041#post1435554041

This will be a fun ride!
