Welding is fun. I thought of becoming a welder but i realized I would be bored out of my mind doing it for a job.

I get mad cramps, especially in my hands and forearms, and muscle twitches, usually in my shoulders.

Started supplementing with potassium and it seems to be better...

So I'm finally being considered for Corrections Canada. Just found out and already have my forms sent off. Now I just need to do the written test and go from there. It's very exciting, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high.

Rick, what was the training like? Is there any running??

Trained off and on as a teen, steady from age 20-35, did nothing for 7 years, then started again 3 years ago at age 42.

So I would say total years of serious training: 18

At this point it would have to take a lot for me not to train, so I'm sure I'll be up there in years someday too.

If/when my shoulder ever heals to the point where I can bench 315 or better I will.
