on this website where they say pull on the drop down menu, do they mean clean style deadlift or high/low clean pull or what?

Well the biggest thing there was it wasn't supposed to be a split jerk. Other then that it broke down all over; didn't fix foot positioning, didn't fix hand positioning, over dipped. If you look real closely you'll also see my foot didn't slip, it barely left the platform and just slide back. Plus the bar was in front overhead.

Looked good except for the back foot. You do the same derpy thing I do, which is to turn it out. Also, strong having exactly the same compression shorts and knee sleeves as me.
Coach had me do some complexes today. I did:
power snatch x3+BTN snatch grip push press x3+overhead squat x3 with 70 kg
So that's 3 power snatches, then lower the bar to the BTN position then 3 push presses, then three overhead squats.
Followed by: Power clean x3+front squat x3+power jerk x3 with 90 kg
And by the end of each kind of complex I was so ****ing out of breath, worst cardio ever jesus my endurance blows whale dick.Last edited by jb4476; 01-15-2013 at 09:36 PM.

Yeah, there's absolutely no way I could ever squat jerk. My mobility is questionable as it is when I have a snatch grip overhead, if I try to squat down with a jerk grip I'm getting about 6 inches deep then dumping the bar.
Squat jerking is good for those who can do it, but I'd say that's a small minority of weightlifters.
