I'm 17 and I'm 5'10", and I want to be at least 6' or even better, 6'2". During my early teenager years I didn't do much exercise and I didn't work out that much, I've only started recently. I have this sneaking suspicion that my test levels may not be as high as other teens who work out frequently. I just want to grow. Will testosterone contribute to my overall height? I know I have a few more years to grow so I want to take advantage of it. What are some ways to gain more testosterone, whether naturally or by outside sources?
I asked my doctor today for a testosterone test and she would not administer a blood test unless she had good reason to believe I had either too much or too little, which, according to her, is not the case because I'm supposedly in the right height group.
If you're asking about genetics, my dad is 5'10" as well, and I might just be a little taller but we look like we have the same height. I believe I have the capacity to grow taller.
I haven't grown much at all for two years but I've heard of people shooting up after years of insignificant growth.
Thoughts?

Dude, you're 5'10". It's not like you won't be able to see over the bar on your 21st or will always be waist level on any woman you meet.
Unless your doctor looks like this
don't expect much sympathy in the "I want to be taller" department.
No, your testosterone probably isn't low. The primary hormones involved in closure of epiphyseal plates are estrogens, anyway.forum rule

people under 21 should not be even thinking about taking T boosters, at the age of 15-21 our bodies are full of testosterone.
People under 21, with normal testosteron levels, but still take t boosters would most likely mess up their natural T levels for life.
You should be alright man, most people keep geting taller till 21, if you dont reach "6'0"...so what, its genetics man.
Natural way to increase testosterone:
eat a lot of good food
sleep/rest
deadlifts
squats
bench
military press.
, some people say that lifitng super heavy weighst can actually affect your height, im not sure about this, just heard it from people.
Good luck with the goals bro!!!

bro im in the same boats of thoughts as you. my brother is 6ft and his 1 and half yrs younger the bish. im going to have a blood test 2morow just for a check up and because i started weight lifting 5 months ago. luckily my dad is a doctor and advised me to do it. im also measuring my test levels.
also ive heard that growth plates on just below your knees can help you determine if ur going to get taller. bend your knees at 90 degrees and see if there is a bump. this can mean that your still growing.
