I mean.... the dude is skinny.. ok.
There's still a lot of bros who look like **** giving advice on this forum.
Camleslie, ironwill (he's 64 so i give a pass on everything) etc...
Lot of people who aren't "powerlifters" and claim to be "bodybuilders" but have never seen single digits
BITCHES THATS HALF THE EQUATION. IF YOUVE NEVER BEEN SINGLE DIGITS ITS LIKE PLAYING BASEBALL AND BEING A DESIGNATED HITTER, YOU'RE ONLY PLAYING HALF THE GAME...
iF YOU'VE NEVER SEEN SINGLE DIGITS BF% AND YOU DON'T PUT UP PL ING NUMBERS, YOU'RE CLUELESS
BUT YEA IF HES A FAKE TROLL THEN SCREW HIM
BUT ITS LIKE BEVANS100FITNES(ME) OWNED WONDERPUG YESTERDAY IN NUTRITION, THEY HAD TO DELETE THE THREAD BECAUSE I EMBARASSED ONE OF THE SOURCES OF INFO HERE (AND THEYRE ASSUMING I AM TEMPORARY, SO HER APPEARANCE IS IMPORTANT)
CONSTANTLY BEING HECKLED, BY THESE FAT LOSERS WHO LIVE ON HERE, AND HAVE ****TY STATS.
"Oh I out squat you"
"***** you are 225 lbs and would have a heart attack trying to keep up with me... Good job finding ONE thing you can excell at. It's like having a marathon runner who is 145 talk **** to me about 3 mile times...

Tired of winning every argument the fair way (intellectually)... just to have some fat kids screaming "put up vids!".... or "you look anorexic"
Common nicknames I get in real life: "gi joe" "ufc fighter" "the hulk"
^^ These are at bartending jobs (past 3 years before being certified, while in school)
I guess to be considered "big" on here u have to weigh a lot, has nothing to do with lifts...
btw rambo was about 165

The reason they think its impossible is that gains are much more noticeable the leaner u are. Look at my most recent pic (the 1st one i posted) and compare it t the pic the hater put up....
Now, if you're 20% bf u aint doing **** to change your appearance in 2 months.
Where youre at 7% ish, a 1 or 2 lb gain of lbm is very noticeable, because it's not hidden.
The amazing thing, is what you did isn't all that impressive. I'm not amazed you did it, or doubting you did it.
Amazing thing is that these morons on here are so clueless they think you did the impossible...
(you can gain mass fast when your small... if you dont buy into bulking nonsense, you can actually see the mass u gained, with no fat covering it)

[QUOTE=BeeDOGG500;1000826803] Wanna know something funnier, I've been lifting for less than a year. You say you looked like me in 2010? That's the only results you've seen in 2 years?
Honestly it looks like you couldnt bench anything over 250 so please don't say you can out lift me (do you even work your legs)
Regardless if I'm 12% or 15%. My future 6 month results will go well above and beyond what you have accomplished in 2 years. You might wanna take a closer look at your diet and routine!

and jeff, someday when you learn how to diet down, you will realize how small individuals benching 275, deadlifting 405 look at sub 5% bf...
If u ever learn how to do that
Thats why most wait to compete until they are lifting outrageous numbers. If u diet down and u bench less than 350 and squat and dead less than 450 u end up being a model, not a bber.
