Im an ectomorph hardcore, im 6'0 and weigh only around 145. Mt metabolism is insane, i eat like crazy and sometimes even lose weight! I think its because i also do alot of cardio and play alot of sports, but i want to bulk and build mass, though not lose too much rip, as it were.
Ive occasionally went to the gym and played around with dumbells at home but nothing serious, looking into bulking needs advice and critique on what i should do based on my pics.
I have no idea what poses i am doing, so try not to laugh.

i was born white as a bunny, and i get dark very easily. Anyways, bring on the advice/critiques!

Get yourself some Olympic weights or a gym membership and start eating clean, and eating like there's no tomorrow. Limit cardio to a couple HIIT sessions or brisks walks. Focus on the iron and food.

You need a good clean bulk bro. Eat foods low in fat, not alot of sugars, Stay away from soda. At first it will be hard to train your body to eat more but once it is used to eating more you will be hungry all the time. Eat more often and eat more when you do eat. Get plenty of protien. Get on a good workout routine. Your diet comes first, your workouts come second. Once you get those under control you will see nice gains and should stay fairly lean aso. Good luck bro.

your body is very similar to mine, i am also new in bodybuilding, but ive been dong it for 2 months now so i have already a thicker chest than you and a slightly more muscular body overall, but still very similar, good luck in your goals and train hard & eat right, no junk food + soda!
