Who gives a sheet about water weight?Seriously, we are not on the biggest loser and nobody is falling below the yellow line. Just execute whatever workout routine and diet you are on to the best of your ability and let things work themselves out. *
That is all....
(no hate....just sayin)

my Bday is on the 20th dude i know how you feel, saying that 22 isnt really a big birthday and i have a habit of destroying my momentum if i decide to cheat so i think if i go easy especially on my birthday i can look back and think "you sacrificed a guaranteed good night and enough free drinks to flood a small welsh village for this dont stop now" and i suppose it will be good not to throw up in the washing basket again like on my 21st....
had a great leg workout today i have a feeling tommorow is going to hurt as i havent done legs properly in a while.

Any 'tricks' to drop weight for a weigh in will only work for one week's weigh in anyway. Drop all the water weight you want on Saturday for your Sunday weigh in...if you lose 5 lbs because of it then that's great (I guess) if it helps motivate you. But you won't be able to pull that same trick each week.
Just weigh yourself at the same time weekly. Like others have already said, do it when you wake up, right after using the bathroom. There may not be a 'best' time to weigh in, but that way you'll be consistent each week.

Lol everyone pulling out all the stops to get a low weight... ON THE 1ST WEIGH-IN lol
It's a marathon not a sprint people!Yes I know I am fat and weak. I'm working on it.
I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

So to those that use MyFitnessPal - perhaps we should have a group share of usernames and add each other to hold everyone accountable. Oh what, your calorie goal was 2200 but you ate 3500? There's someone to support you and slap you on the wrist. You stopped logging info and look like you're going to give up? Nope.
One of the most helpful tools on weight loss is having people hold you accountable. So for the fatties here, maybe it makes sense to do it.
Feel free to add me, anyway - my username is Kelekin.START: xxx.x | 10-6: xxx | 10-13: xxx | 10-20: xxx | 10-27: xxx | Month Total: xx

I'm about to head to the gym, but I created a group on there for the competition. I sent invites to those that posted their usernames here already.
When you sign up for, it's easy to access by going to Community -> Groups. It'll always be at the top.START: xxx.x | 10-6: xxx | 10-13: xxx | 10-20: xxx | 10-27: xxx | Month Total: xx

Ha! Thanks....kind of a sad story...had to give him to a relative. He was not doing well with our 9mo old twins now that they are crawling around. He showed my son his teeth. Luckily, I was right there and that f'n dog had no idea what **** storm hit him in about .0001 seconds. Anyway, he's doing great with my sister-in-law. Great dog, but just not great with little ones
