    What percentage body fat am i? (picture)

    Hey guys just wondering if you could let me know what percentage bodyfat you think i may be. Should i cut down anymore to get a six pack? Also by doing 90mins of cardio 5 days a week and eating porridge, salads and brown breads etc. How long to cut to 10%. I am 5 11'' 140lbs

    I can make out your abs.. And you want to lose more weight?? Bulk up more. I'd say your lower than 14% already. Get some more mass then cut down you'll be alot happier in the long run
