Should I be worried by this increase in DHT? I've looked through pubmed for effects of DHT.
Increases aggression/antisocial behavior
Improve sex life
Causes reversible testicular atrophy
Increase acne, body hair
Hair loss
Reduce estrogen
Up-regulates the gene expression of hypocretin (also called orexin), pro-melanin-concentrating hormone, and protein kinase C delta.
Increases hemoglobin
There are 71 hormones in the human body. I'm not searching for the effects of DHT on these, as it would take hours.

Creatine increases DHT possibly. What are the effects of this?

The testicular atrophy doesn't happen, as creatine doesn't reduce testosterone.
Also, it increases DHT:T ratio which makes you a homo - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15677419
DHT doesn't cause hair loss, 5-ar does.
So whats left is
Increase acne, body hair
Increases aggression/antisocial behavior
Improve sex life
Reduce estrogen
Up-regulates the gene expression of hypocretin (also called orexin), pro-melanin-concentrating hormone, and protein kinase C delta.
Increases hemoglobin
Homosexuality

IMHO, it might not be totally off that hormonal imbalances during brain *development* (=during embryonal, fetal and infant stages) could somehow be involved in setting the course for future sexual orientation. However, proposing that a shot of DHT in male ADULTS would change someone's sexual orientation is utter nonsense. The paper that the OP referenced only talks about correlations and not about causality. Actually, most of the OTC prohormones sold in the past recent years have been based on DHT derivatives. If OP's theory was right, everyone who had been taking superdrol etc. should have turned gay.
