On another note, I had a GREAT workout today... All I had for lunch was a six inch oven roasted chicken sangwich from Subway. I thought I was going to be weak in the gym, but I felt unusually stronger than before.
DB shoulder press (a lot of sets I know, but I kept wanting to bump up the weight)
- 50x8
- 55x8
- 60x8
- 65x6
- 70x6
- 75x5
- 80x4
Seated side/front/rear delt raise (attempted 6sec static holds, could only do it for the first two sets until delts were burnt out)
- 10x12
- 15x12
- 20x15
Standing BTN BB press (were doing these between sets since I had 3 workout partners today -___-)
- 80x10
- 80x10
- 80x10
Upright rows
- 80x10
- 90x10
- 100x10
Facepulls
- 140x10
- 150x10
- 160x10
DB shrugs
- 80x8
- 90x8
- 100x8
- 110x8
- 120x8
BB shrugs (behind body)
- 225x10
- 275x10
- 315x6
15 minute cardio + 5x20 crunches
Afterthoughts... I spent 3 freaking hours in the gym today, HOLY CHIT! But it was well worth it... I'm going to continue doing these static holds on shoulder days; I feel like they're really working out my shoulders a lot more than just throwing weight in the air while doing delt raises. This is the second week I've done it and it's helped my shoulder presses a lot more (or so I think). Last week I could barely put 70lb DBs in the air; this week I keept wanting more and more!!!

Good luck with your pot smoking goals of 2013.
Yeah, my thing was coming off the injury I knew I was gonna be weaker and didn't think it was gonna bother me and it really didn't at first. I guess I'm disappointed that even not focusing on strength, I just thought my strength would naturally have kicked in by now. Anyways we all have to make that choice between the strength and aesthetics. If I were as ripped as you I probably wouldn't care if I wasn't super strong. But for my size now, I'm just expected to be strong. Plus I think I've just been so conditioned to strength training for so long it's hard to commit long term to getting cut.
What's the difference between the Ralliart and Evo? Mainly the turbos, intake and manifolds right, but the same block?
You too? Except it's too good to me my dd, I use mine as my weekend track car.
Have a good vacation.
Hmm, that Viper looks awfully Aston Martin like from the back.

Yeah, there's always choices to make. I used to want to get big, but I've kinda decided that I only really want to gain 5-10lbs lean muscle and thats as big as I really want to get.
And then I'm trying to figure out what I can do to try to get away with maybe only going to the gym 2 times per week and still hit my goals cause there's other things I want to try to do with my free time now instead of just going to work out 3 or 4 times per week.My vids

From what I know the ralliart has the same Evo X 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that has just been detuned by intake, turbo and ECU changes. The Ralliart has the AWD system from the Evo IX, the exhaust from the Evo X, Lancer GTS Chassis, Evo X for the hood and the evo has different body parts and interior parts than the Ralliart. The Evo X also has the brembo brakes. Another interesting thing about the 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart is that you can’t get it with a manual transmission. The only available transmission is what they call the Twin-Clutch SST, which is a dual-clutch automatic with a paddle shift manual mode. Manumatic I guess. I think the Ralliart is better for daily driver use...the suspension isn't as hard as the Evo X either.

That's what I thought about the Viper too.
Did you pick up the new GS yet?
What is FMIC?
Looks cool and background music is good too, is that from Buddha bar?
Cool, time to search for 09 lancer ralliart.[̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°̲̅)̲̅$̲̅]

There is only 1 used within 100 miles of me.
the 11's look better IMHO. I looked at the Ralliard Hatchback when I bought my Suby and what made me not do it was the bad gas MPG since I use to drive crazy miles and it was slightly too small to fit myself and potential 250ers. :}

Have a good one!
Sounds like an awesome DD and the occasional spirited driving!
Usually I have 1-2 workout partners, but one of them brought another friend to train and it was like whoaaa too much rest time with 4 people lol.
Any future mods besides the intake and tune? Possibly a full turboback would get you closer to that 300/300 mark
Supsup brahs!
