Traded in my GTS nonturbo Lancer. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with it

I looked at the Ralliart when I bought mine and sometimes I wish I zigged versus zagged. Nice car for sure. Wife says I could get a Legacy GT if I wanted but honestly i would look at the ralliart again. I just gotta decide what to do.

On another note, I had a GREAT workout today... All I had for lunch was a six inch oven roasted chicken sangwich from Subway. I thought I was going to be weak in the gym, but I felt unusually stronger than before.

DB shoulder press (a lot of sets I know, but I kept wanting to bump up the weight)

Afterthoughts... I spent 3 freaking hours in the gym today, HOLY CHIT! But it was well worth it... I'm going to continue doing these static holds on shoulder days; I feel like they're really working out my shoulders a lot more than just throwing weight in the air while doing delt raises. This is the second week I've done it and it's helped my shoulder presses a lot more (or so I think). Last week I could barely put 70lb DBs in the air; this week I keept wanting more and more!!!

But I hear ya on the weaker part. I got weaker over the winter cause of resting injuries and not eating alot. I saw my workout log from a year ago, and I was definitely stronger back then. Even at this current fat% I think I'm at now, I was 5lbs heavier at this point last year too. So lost muscle over the winter for sure, and not sure I'll get it back for awhile cause I usually dont' gain that much strength in the summer since I try to stay lean till fall or winter.

And the cut is going slower than I wanted since I keep eating too much every other day. And its all cause I feel weaker than last year. Its so hard to not eat cause I am always stronger a day or two after a pigout and its so hard to stop doing that right now.

Yeah, my thing was coming off the injury I knew I was gonna be weaker and didn't think it was gonna bother me and it really didn't at first. I guess I'm disappointed that even not focusing on strength, I just thought my strength would naturally have kicked in by now. Anyways we all have to make that choice between the strength and aesthetics. If I were as ripped as you I probably wouldn't care if I wasn't super strong. But for my size now, I'm just expected to be strong. Plus I think I've just been so conditioned to strength training for so long it's hard to commit long term to getting cut.

Naw it's not an Evo...it's a ralliart. With an intake and a tune it jumps up to 264hp/284tq. pretty excited

Yeah, I still love my car. Best thing is I still rarely ever see any other JCW Mini's around, let alone any of the newer ones with a red roof like mine. I'm looking to upgrade to a bigger FMIC on it this summer.

Anyways we all have to make that choice between the strength and aesthetics.

Yeah, there's always choices to make. I used to want to get big, but I've kinda decided that I only really want to gain 5-10lbs lean muscle and thats as big as I really want to get.

And then I'm trying to figure out what I can do to try to get away with maybe only going to the gym 2 times per week and still hit my goals cause there's other things I want to try to do with my free time now instead of just going to work out 3 or 4 times per week.

From what I know the ralliart has the same Evo X 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that has just been detuned by intake, turbo and ECU changes. The Ralliart has the AWD system from the Evo IX, the exhaust from the Evo X, Lancer GTS Chassis, Evo X for the hood and the evo has different body parts and interior parts than the Ralliart. The Evo X also has the brembo brakes. Another interesting thing about the 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart is that you can’t get it with a manual transmission. The only available transmission is what they call the Twin-Clutch SST, which is a dual-clutch automatic with a paddle shift manual mode. Manumatic I guess. I think the Ralliart is better for daily driver use...the suspension isn't as hard as the Evo X either.

I saw 17/25 but premium is required, they are all auto/automanual. The 11 has a bad ass looking front end. You should look at the Legacy GT's (no bias) just because they are roomy for the kids also but definately not as nimble as ralliard

Usually I have 1-2 workout partners, but one of them brought another friend to train and it was like whoaaa too much rest time with 4 people lol.
