Not sure what I hate worse - High bar squats or SSB squat.

Spent the last almost 2 wks working on new house/moving. Been feeling sluggish and weak and I must have something wrong because gas station diet hasn't been helping me. Can finally resume normal schedule, 2 weeks out from next meet hoping I can get diet back on track and have some good sessions and hopefully the last 2 wks hasn't hurt me. Anyone have diversions in normal routine majorly affect performance?

Fam have been having trouble with my conventional deadlift, hence the only very slight difference in my squat/deadlift meet results...
So, I've decided to spend a bit of time working on sumo to see if it works for me...

120kg/264lb x 3 and 140kg/308lb x 1
Pretty happy with how it's going so think I might be making the switch..... Although I'm sure there are still plenty of improvements to be made it is way better than my conventional.

Idk at some point acid buildup would probably slow you down. I was at the gym one time and these bro-split 'bb'ers' were benching behind me and decided to do bar x100 for chest. The first guy got to like 80-85 and was having trouble. The other guy started counting down from 10 all loud and motivationally. It was comical. Granted they weren't Spoto, but I bet 100 of anything would be pretty hard. I bet he'd crush 51 easy though.
