****************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT******************
>>>This is my juggernaut. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My juggernaut is my best friend. It is my life. I must use it before my training if i want to get jacked in life. Without me, my juggernaut is useless. Without my juggernaut, I am useless. I must use my juggernaut consistent. I must train harder than my competitors, who are trying to out muscle me. I must use juggernaut to get the advantage over them. I will. Before God I swear this creed: my juggernaut, my rifle and myself are defenders of my country, we are the champions of our competitors, we are the saviors of my life. So be it, until there is no competitors, but me as a sole champion. Amen.
.....DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE THE NEXT JUGGERNAUT!!!!!!......train smart, train safe, train to win....Im here to help.....

Alrighty!! Had some issues with my internet yesterday but now I am all set =)
I was finally able to try out the Juggernaut HP and the Phenyl Core and I love them!! So far at least.. I have my roommate taking the Phenyl Core with me, and I convinced a friend of mine to order some for herself =) I also have a friend who has been trying out my Juggernaut HP and he is planning on buying some of that!
I take the Phenyl Core in the morning before I head to work, then again between 2-3pm, giving me enough time to be able to take my Juggernaut around 5-6 before my workout.. This seems to be working good for me so far.
To catch up on yesterday.. workout and diet:
My roommate just started working out recently and is running in the 5k filthy with me in April, so I am helping her get ready for that. So after we drank our Juggernaut (she drank the original I drank the HP) we went to the gym, she did 45 minutes of cardio while I hit on glutes, thighs, calves, and abs. I then finished up with 1 mile on the treadmill.
Nutrition:
Breakfast: Breakfast essential
Snack: Fiber One bar and 2 hard boiled eggs 1/2 yolk
Lunch: Peanut butter and honey on wheat
Snack: Banana and wheat thins with chicken cranberry dip I made (can of chicken, 1 tbsp low fat mayo, 1 tbsp cranberries, sprinkle curry powder.. AMAZING =))
Dinner: Flounder with low sodium seasoning and broccoli
For today I took my original Juggernaut and wanted to time my 5k... to see where I stood... 30:09.. definitely want to get that down.. ALOT!! So that is my new goal for right now, so I am going to cut out the elliptical (except for my 5 min warm up) and focus all my cardio on running. Pretty disappointed in myself! But I know I can get it down.. After running I did shoulders, back, and chest.
Nutrition for the day:
Breakfast: Breakfast essential
Snack: Fiber One bar
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg no yolk and 1 laughing cow cheese with wheat thins
Lunch: Peanut butter and honey on wheat
Snack: 100 calorie snack pack (fudgies)
Dinner: Pork chops low sodium seasoning, green beans and rice
I am going to try to run 3.1 again tomorrow!! So we will see how that goes =) I ran on the treadmill today, I may try it outside depending on the weather..**When you feel like quitting: Think about why you started**

****************JOESWAT5, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT*****************
**IMPORTANT INFO TO ALL JUGGERNAUTS, SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER, TAKE PROPER PRECAUTIONS, DRINK, EAT, SLEEP, TRAIN FOR THE NEW AND IMPROVED YOU.....
>>>>>>> TODAY TOPIC IS; ARE YOU HYDRATED ENOUGH!!!!!<<<<<<<<
Drinking water will very from person to person, activities, perspiration rate, food intake and so on. They say that The average person needs about two liters, or approximately eight glasses, of water a day to replace what is lost through normal biological functions like breathing, sweating, and urinating.
When talking about hydration for training goals, if you aren't consistent with your diet, rest, sleep and WATER intake you will find it very difficult if not impossible to work out how hard/how much/ how often you will need to train for optimum growth as your recuperative ability will fluctuate along with your diet etc.
It's essential that you drink water for health and building muscles. Without enough water, your muscles are not getting enough electrolytes. Muscle strength and control are weakened. If you want to build muscle, than you must keep your body well hydrated, well if the normal person is recommended to take in about 8 glasses a day, then i would say at least 12 to 14 (again depending)..what i usually try and drink is about a liter per meal....
Being hydrated can also helps out with the lubrication of your joints. Water is an ingredient in the makeup of the synovial fluid, which is the lubricating fluid between your joints
If you don't replenish after exercise, your performance on the following days will suffer. besides, the more water you drink, the more it pushes out, (alleviate water retention)
I think the gains your making is from higher protein/carbs intake with water to support your strength gains, train hard, eat good and plenty, sleep and drink to grow,..CAUTION....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND STAY HYDRATED, COMING OF A DIET YOUR MUSCLE WILL ACT LIKE A SPONGE (MAKING THEM STRONGER AND BIGGER) DO TO THE EXTRA PROTEIN/CARBS, ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO STAY HYDRATED AT THIS STAGE, MUSCLE ADAPT TO THE STRENGTH GAINS EASIER THEN TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS.
TRAIN SAFE, TRAIN SMART, TRAIN TO WIN......

I fooled myself for a while thinking the elliptical was helping my runtime. IT WAS NOT! Just get out as much as you can and run! The first week is the hardest because you feel like you are getting no where but then slowly you find your run times going down. Bonus; your belt will have to be cinched tighter and I have been getting numerous people saying I'm looking thinner. Try running with the Phenyl-core. I'm at the point I notice the difference if I don't take it before a run.
Journey is done. See my final pics with Juggernaut HP!

**************************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT **************************
---JUGGERNAUT TIP OF THE DAY---
>> YOU WANT RESULTS LIKE THE PRO'S!!!!!, WELL, HERE ARE SOME TRAINING TIPS ON STIMULATING MUSCLE GROWTH <<
***When weight training( whether your using heavy or light) try not to
let the muscles relax during the set (always flexing as hard as
possible during every inch of every rep) with 50-60% of the maximum
performed to failure, example; refer to(pause and squeeze exercise
video on
legs) . HGH, and IGF-1 levels will be enhanced!
The constant tension exercises can build size and strength despite
using relatively light weights and when if muscle damage is fairly low.
However, if the muscle is allowed to relax during the set, oxygen and
blood will flow into the muscle and you won't reach optimal benefits.
*A few simple rules to remember to stimulate muscle growth are;
1. Heavy lifting (4-6 reps), which promotes a high rate of mechanical
damage/protein degradation.
2. Relatively high reps (up to 12-15 for the upper body and 15-20 for
the lower body), which promote a high mechanical degradation due to the
combination of moderate time under tension and intra muscular tension
magnitude.
3. Constant tension sets. To do these properly, you must flex the
target muscle hard during every inch of every rep. You can never allow
the muscle to relax. This means no rest between reps either. This
method is best kept for isolation exercises.
HERE IS ME AND MY FRIEND KEVIN ENGLISH(THE KING OF 202 Mr. OLYMPIA) GETTING READY TO STIMULATE SOME MUSCLES
Take advantage of all three methods by designing your program.... smart, train safe,

Internet keeps geekin out on me =( But Comcast claims they are "fixing" the problem!! Soooo... all should be well =) I have been taking my Phenyl Core twice a day still, and I am loving it.. I have TONS of energy! Can't wait to see results from that.. Good news/bad news...... I officially canNOT fit into any of my jeans anymore.. so the bad news is I have to go spend money on new clothes!! But I guess I really shouldn't be complaining
Let's see... Yesterdays diet and workout:
Drank my regular Juggernaut.. then 2 mile run and worked on abs for 45 minutes
Breakfast: Fiber One cereal with banana
Snack: Chicken and cranberry dip with wheat thins
Lunch: Club sandwich on wheat
Snack: Laughing cow cheese on bagel
Dinner: .... Went out for a friends birthday and got a 6oz filet no seasoning, sweet potato with brown sugar and cinn, and green beans not butter =)
For today...
Took my Juggernaut HP and hit the gym with my neighbor who is training for her first fitness competition in April, so she has been going pretty hardcore (totally taking advantage of it!!) we did chest, obliques, shoulders, biceps, and upper back. Then ended with a mile run around our apartment complex =)
Breakfast: Breakfast Essential
Snack: Fiber one bar
Lunch: Protein pancakes with peanut butter
Snack: Fruit and low fat vanilla yogurt
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Tilapia with rice and broccoli
And now that my internet is up and running I should be back on here everyday =) And if it decides to crap out on me again that's ok because I plan on winning the lottery tonight so I will just buy Comcast over!!!!!!! haha
Night Juggz =)**When you feel like quitting: Think about why you started**

Super long day!!! Ready to pass out...
Took my Phenyl Core again today.. Still loving it =)
Breakfast: Breakfast essential and banana
Snack: Fiber one bar
Lunch: Club sandwich no bacon on wheat
Snack: English muffin with nutella
Dinner: Tropical smoothie.. low fat smoothie with splenda and grilled buffalo chicken wrap
I skipped the Juggernaut today because I took my Phenyl core a little later than expected, and knew I had to get to bed early.. so I went for a 2 mile run outside, wicked hot out so I could not go any further!! Then finished up with about 20 minutes of abs. My body is still super sore from working upper body =/ and I feel my body just becoming over exhausted period.. I know I need a break but I see no relief in sight!!! Working my 10th out of 18 days straight tomorrow!! So I guess the Phenyl core is coming in handy =)
But I can't even keep my eyes open to type right now.. so I will be back on tomorrow to catch up on everyone else's logs!! Seems as though Comcast got there crap together!**When you feel like quitting: Think about why you started**
