Squat: 10 lbs on good days, 5 lbs on ok days. 165x5-235x5 then I changed my progression a bit
Bench: 5 lbs, but I hate benching so it wavers
    Deadlift: 5-10 lbs. 185x5-275x5
Clean: 5 lbs but I just learned this movement, I added 5 lbs every day from 135-175 lbs

    It's like this...

I benched in highschool like everybody else. Didn't squat or deadlift. This past winter rolls around. I'm like, "dude, you need to stop f*cking around and do some real weightlifting." So I learn to squat and pull and just design my own program. Progress is kinda slow. Then I get injured. I come back after recovering and get myself on SS with a 155x5 bench, 165x5 squat, 225x5 deadlift. I ran SS until I got to the numbers above, then I started training differently.

For squat, I went from 175 for 5 to 315 for 5 in 8 months.
For bench, I went from 115 for 5 to 170 for 5 in 8 months.
For deadlift, I have no idea what I started at. I'm doing 295 for 5 right now though.

I'm still a beginner, but here's my stats:

Bench: 95x5 to 185x1 (maxing out again shortly)

Squat: 165x5 to 300x1 (will be 315x1 on Monday)

Deadlift: 170x5 to 405x1 (missed 415x1 this week because of my grip)

    That's after 7 months; 5 with a 5x5 program and 2 with custom routines.

I'm on Starting Strength now, and I started with 225lb squat, 135lb bench, 275lb deadlift, 175lb clean and 100lb overhead press. On Thursday I did 3x5 275lb squat, 3x5 160lb bench and 1x5 325lb deadlift. For clarification, I've been on this for 3 weeks, so I wouldn't say I increased my weights by that much. I started with pretty conservative numbers and built until things got real heavy, and now everything is going to slow down to 5lb jumps per workout.

5 kilos on DL, 2.5-5 kilos on squat and 2.5 kilos on bench (sometimes felt too much).

still though when i was doing starting strength, not too long ago, sometimes due to lack of sleep i'd leave an extra day between workouts

Did you really start with a 175 lb clean? if so, what's it now?

Yep, I started with a 175 clean (I did 5x3 instead of 3x5, cause in the programming it said that later on once you master the technique that you could/should change it to 5x3 as it was better). Last workout I did 5x3 @ 190, and tomorrow I'll be doing 5x3 @ 195. My clean max is 235. Hope this helps

started off benching 95, squatting 135, deadlifted 460 on a trap bar even though i've never really trained it... bench 285x4 now, squat 365x5 now, and i probably trap bar dead like 500 something now, idk. the one time i did straight bar dead i did 365x6.
