    Raisins as carb source

How good/bad are raisins as a carb source? I eat 60 grams before and after training in combination with a protein drink as a pre/post workout snack. I also have them in my breakfast oatmeal-omelet.

I used them cause they contain much carbs, I wonder though, are they considered clean?

There is no such thing as "clean" carbs.

You should be okay. I do believe they put raisins through a "cleaning" process before being packaged. Have at it.

I don't believe in IIFYM, I have better experiences with pasta potatoes and oatmeal than with Ice cream and McDonalds. I am not gonna shove granulated sugar down my throat to beef up. Do you?

Back to the topic: I suppose the carbs in the raisins come mainly from fructose, which is allegedly better than white sugar. Wrong or right?

Rasins are generally washed before packaging and thus arrive at the store in a clean state. Grapes, from which raisins are derived, are often shipped to stores with dirty on them and thus are considered dirty until washed by the end-consumer.

Why? No one would read it.
The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.

The second quote illustrates that you simply do not understand IIFYM. There is a sticky that can help you correct that problem.
