Closer to a week, I think.

Lowdown> thanks buddy.. I will. My legs are KILLING me in soreness. I got a 1 hr full body massage yesterday from a professional therapist for FREE (friend of the family), this helped the sorenes too. EVERY fibre of my quadriceps is absolutely devastatingly sore. I've almost tripped a few times

Me too, Bone! My goal for now is quad MASS. This oughta do it. I've had problems building strength due to 1. squatting too late in my "career" 2. lots of form issues
but I feel the form is getting down slowly but surely..almost there!! Very close Doing the combo of 1-3 heavy worksets and 2*15-20 intense high rep sets should give both strength and mass.
