Lately I've split back workouts into vertical pull and horizontal pull.
On vertical pull days I do various pullup and pulldown exercise variations.
Look up hanging lever... I do hanging lever swings lately and actually feel those in my lats. Similar to stiff armed pulldown in terms of the motion...

At 6 ft and 175lbs... do you already believe you're at your natural limit? Or is that 175lbs... at 15-20% body fat?

Did you ever consider the fact that the reason he stands out so much is because he is dedicated enough to reach that upper limit? In all honesty, who cares if he used or uses brah. Neither answer is going to make YOUR physique any better.

    Hey Timber,

Wondering what you think of the Paleo diet. Some intresting research to support it, and works to be high fat/ moderate protien and low to moderate carbs, similar to your diet. Meant to be great for athletes. Any thoughts?

I can't speak for Kane, but here is what Alan stated so eloquently yesterday:

"Fred Flintstone is squirming in his grave wishing you had thicker skin (perhaps some mammoth hide is required). Here's what you need to understand. The Paleotards are the ones making the claims behind the diet, so it's the Paleotards that carry the burden of proof that their Paleotarded diet has special effects beyond macronutrient-matched diets that happen to include "Paleo-forbidden" foods."

I'm around 12% at the minute, because last year I spent most of it in and out of hospital having operations on my intestines. If I made teh gym a priority instead of my economic situation I could do a better job, but right now I'd rather have two jobs and be mortgage free by 28.

If you are in the minority who have never taken a cycle and pushed themselves to the top, then well done. Nothing I said was an insult. However you and I both know very few people will get the same results on you even if they did use the exact same routine and diet. last I checked his study showed the maximum someone could hit and very few people will hit the maximum.

Honestly if you are natural, good job. We just both know this site has been filled with people who claim natural for the best part of 5 years and aren't.

175 pounds under 8 percent can be achieved without steriods by many ppl..im 6'1 190 right now sitting at about 10%..if i drop to around 183 or 184..i would be below that. Thats with only 60-90 min a day MAX at the gym..6 days a week..with a clean diet. Most People dont achieve kane's results because they arent mentally dedicated, focused, and consistant. If they dont know what they are doing and thats the reason, then be smart enuf to ask som1 who does

    Hey mate,

I understand you don't eat before your workouts. I have read that this can even cause reduced muscle mass. Why do you not eat and how to do you get away with it? Does it stunt your strength? I work out early so be nice to know, I dont like eating that early.

Lats. And this is also another superset I've been incorporating daily to warmup my shoulder girdle but hits the lats and core very well too...

And this was the diet when I tried to just eat fast foods the entire day....

Ate McD Mcgriddle, KFC Big Crunch, 8oz. burger and then 2 baklavas... with two shakes....

This was not a typical day... Though it wouldn't have been too far off if I had dropped the McGriddle or the baklavas for something with less fat and carbs. LOL!

Well... my fat intake that day was waaay too high. Especially considering my carb intake.
Again, it would have worked fine if I'd replaced the McGriddle with one or two shakes.
