Lump under nipple

under my right nipple I have a lump and the nipple is puffy. Is this gyno and will it go away? I'm 5'9 170lbs

This is the same exact thing that I have at the age of 17. I've had mine since I was around 14 or 15. When it's cold out, do they look normal. It could be gyno, Im still unsure if mine is or isn't. If you bodyfat is high, sometimes just losing weight will make the puffy nipples go down. If that doesn't work, consult a doctor and get it checked out. I think 1 in 3 guys get gyno so its a pretty high chance that you might have it. Hope that I helped a little!

Yeah when it's cold they look normally but my peck looks kinda like it has dimples for just a little fat.. But it's a lump with a puffy nipple at 12-13% body fat.

I had one at 13 it hurt to touch and stuff but it went away and no puffy nips im 17 now

Are puffy nipples due to the lump? I have it in my right only, left nipple is normal.. Side view of my right looks like I have some chest fat or nipple basically. Other side looks more normal

Yea man thats gyno. I have it in my right as well. 20 almost 21 and its still there. Also not fat and never really was....just unlucky I guess

I was fat wen I realized I got it though.

so was I but I am now skinny and still have it. you will just have to wait and see

Could be gyno, or just temporary gyno -> goes back to normal after puberty.

If by under the nipple you mean in the nipple, like the nipple is covering it; I had the same thing when I was 13. Apparently it is gyno but it could just be puberty induced like mine was, I know you're 18 but it's still possible. Mine felt sore to touch or push, I had it under both nipples and it took about a year to go away.
