    Super Pump 250 quick review

    Recieved a sample packet of Gaspari Nutrition Super Pump 250 in the mail. I've never taken any NO2 containing products so I will take it 30 minutes pre workout and post comments about it after Thursdays workout.

    I will also be taking Cre-Ethyl Thunder 30 minutes prior to working out. Should be interesting.

    I'll also be testing the new White Blood NO supp by Controlled Labs next week. So I can compare my first dose of Super Pump 250 to the first dose of White Blood, even though they are slightly different products.

    SuperPump 250 is some good stuff, I'm only on my thrid day of it, and it's already brought results, i recommend it, has to be the best supplement I've ever used...

    OK forgot to take my sample on Thursday but I took it today. I had a pink colored powder that was supposed to be punch flavored I guess, the taste is not great but tolerable.

    I took 2.5 grams bulk CEE in the morning, and 10 Omega Thunder caps + 1 serving of Super Pump 250 lol.

    Did a back workout starting with deads, progressed a rep on all sets for those, which was due to happen anyways, no noticable pumps.

    Next I did wide grip chins and didnt notice any real pumps.

    Then shrugs, nothing...

    Last I did biceps, this is where I felt the good pump. After I was done doing the bi's they were more pumped then they were with just taking Thunder alone and they were more pumped than when I was taking Thunder + ErgoMax. Also I believe they were more pumped than bulk CEE + Thunder.
    So Bulk CEE + Thunder + Super Pump 250 = a decent pump for me (:

    Doesn't really say much for Super Pump 250 considering I took a massive amount of other CEE's, but hey, maybe it was the Super Pump 250...

    I received a packet in the mail also with a fat burner, I threw away. Anyways I woke up and had my pre workout meal. Which was 6 egg whites, 1 bowl of oats, and 1 serving of Xtend, with a multi. 40 minutes later I downed the fruit punch flavored superpump which needed to be put into a blender. This stuff was rancid. I also expierenced slightly more gas. I did take about five or six explosive bathroom breaks also throughout the day. This stuff messed up my gi track

    Take your body to a higher level of performance, Get MAN Clout. Have been on this and loving it, everything is going up in lifts while cutting.

    I just started my Superpump 250 in the orange flavor. It tastes just about like the orange ice cream pushups that the ice cream man sells out of the van. Not bad at all. Since this is my first exposure to superpump, I can't comment on the fruit flavor. Great results coming off of NO Explode and starting this.

    Thumbs down superpump 250

    took for 1.5 weeks so far and decent energy,and less fatigue and thats it, no exta vascularity but some density gains. The poops def make it not worth it!!!!!!! super pump=super dump, but ok product in the end cuz the taste is better then any other NO2/creatine type powder ive tried and ive had a lot!

    Does anyone know HOW MUCH CREATINE per serving? I just bought some today- I see that it does contain L-Arginine, which I figured, but I didnt see any creatine listed though I only scanned it for a sec., could be wrong but if it does contain creatine is it atleast the normal 5gr.....?

    I know it says, consult physician before using if you have a pre existing symptom on the back. I have asthma but I dont use my inhalers or anything like that. It's been years since i've needed it.. its more athletically induced, but after cardio it doesn't affect me.. So all I'm wondering is should I take it anyways? I'm starting day 1 today and I was wondering since I have asthma will it be alright since I dont have heavy asthma? Doesn't even bother me while working out. Thanks for the feedback in advance. Can't wait to to get started on this tonight.

    It shouldnt affect your asthma. Think conditions there mostly looking for are heart conditions cause of the "speed" factor.

    Have received a few sample packets of SP250, thought it was ok. Ive moved away from NO's though to other things.

    Thanks ya I didn't experience this last night.. but I started on 2 scoops.. and I took it at 7PM got 0 hours of sleep didn't consume enough water, and then ate, a hell of a lot of food before sleeping, not recommended to do.. but ya.. it worked good. In short.. never go past one for the first couple workouts.. Ha ha, I ended up doing 4x the amount of sets as a normal workout, but couldn't sleep and should have consumed more nutrients and food/water during the day.. I'm going to try 1 scoop today.. but first going to try and sleep after school.

    All in all great stuff pushes you really hard and im not even sore Ha ha good stuff. Thanks again. Hooray for dead lifts and squats today.

    super pump 250 is awsome. i saw results within 2 weeks. a little more definition. i have the raspberry, and to be honest i really don't like the flavor, very tangy and well, lets just say next time i'll stick with fruit punch or somthing like that.

    I haven't used it in a few years, but it is by far one of the best supplements I have ever used to date. If I could find a good deal on it in my area, I would be using it right now.

    Smile Super Pump 250 vs NO-Explode

    I've used NO-Explode for two years and was impressed with the vascularity of my arms although I'm not sure anyone else noticed. I've been using Super Pump 250 for two month just to try something different. It doesn't give the same level of vascularity but seems to give me sustained energy.

    ye im on superpumo250 and gasparis size on, ive really noticed the energy it gives me and helps me push. Though having a big weekend and getting really drunk my workout dis afternoon wasnt as good as usual i lost so much strength, should be bak on track next week.
    Anyone using superpumo 250 have the same feeling as me some days pumps are better than others on the same body part during the weeks passing by?
    I feel like its not really working as much as it used 2 but probably is working just that my bodys used to it? As yous can tell im new to the bodybuilding scene so any help would be great lol. Thanks

    i took my first scoop of super pump today before my workout and i was pretty happy with it. I had a ton of energy and was determined to finish my entire workout. Im also a high school athlete. I play baseball and start at 2nd base for varsity. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to take 1 or 2 scoops before one of my games? I just dont have that great of energy or desire sometimes and im thinking this may be the answer.... should i give it a try?

    Wow, you guys referring to this as "SuperDump 250" really makes me not want to take the stuff. I was going to try it in a few minutes, but I don't want my slumber interrupted by the sharp stabbing pain of prairie doggin in the middle of the night. I guess I'll wait till tomorrow to take it.


    Oh yeah, I'm new here btw. I'm not looking to become some giant walking muscle, just want some definition and to be a little cut is all. I hope this site provides me with some guidance when navigating the Suppliment market.

    If you eat a snack 20 minutes before you take super pump and take a protein shake 20 minutes after your workout you will not have the intestinal problems that everyone is bitching about. Ive been on it for almost a week now and and my ****s have been normal...I also took a 20g scoop of this **** b4 my baseball game and i had a ton of energy and was definitely more into the game than i normally am.... good product...

    superpump250

    Today was my first day using superpump 250 and I worked biceps. I did 20 hard sets and had the best pump ever in my arms. At the end of my workout I felt like I could go another round for sure, even after working my abs. I have used noxplode in the past, for a while, but laid off of it for the last two months. I took 1 1/2 scoops of superpump and I must say money well spent! I am also stacking superpump with sizeon, which I have been taking for about two weeks now. The thing is...I started to take cell tech (1 week loading and 1 week maintenence) then took it back due to the sugar content, replaced it with sizeon, and its been two weeks and two days(yesterday n today). I have gained a hell of a lot of strength and increased a little more than 1/4'' in my arms. Ill keep posting updates in the near future. Oh yeah I think I know how they got the name GASpari lol, the superpump is given me superfarts haha well see what happens tomorrow...

    Used the product 2-3 times already pre-workout. While I did notice a little more frequent umm.....superdumps, I'm going to chalk it up to what the product says it does, it opens up the blood stream so I would suspect that the digestive system is affected a little.

    During the workout I definitely did feel extra endurance. Probably came close to doubling my typical workout. I did try to use the product prior to a P90X workout and unfortunately I ran out of gas half way through. Granted this was a high aerobic workout, which I haven't worked on my cardiovascular system in a LONG time. Definitely have a nice burn today in the legs (did plyometrics btw) and will continue to use the product. So far I've found it on sale for $29.00 online. Has anyone found it cheaper than that?

    it was given to me by a coworker.....

    The orange has surprisingly good taste....I'm on my second week...started with one scoop a day around 8AM.. The first few times it cut my appetite and I had to force myself to eat (early day snack)....I felt like I was zooming... I took 2 scoops today, 1 at 8AM and 1 around noon. Totally get a high on this stuff....I felt dizzy afterwards...stomach was slighty upset even 3 hours later. At one point I thought about vomiting.

    I believe it has helped a lot with energy through out the day and through training. I have had an amazing pumped feeling today, but I was moving a lot of heavy objects today too. I had a day of intense work.... the second scoop sent me flying through the 2nd half of the day. Lots of energy.

    I've been up since my morning cardio 3:50AM...I lifted at 4:30PM...its now 10PM and I should be sleeping, but I think the superpump250 is keeping me up.

    My sleeplessness has prompted me to research this stuff a little more and it lead me here to this thread.

    I'm guessing I'll finish the can ( with only 1 dose (1 scoop) a day) and never use it again.

    I also have exercise induced asthma, and this product does not affect that what so ever.. At least for me.. everyone is different.
