hahahaha. I've def seen much worse on these boards, but it is pretty bad.
Op, you need to do some better research before even thinking of a product. I don't think you should be looking into a test booster right now. Seems like you need to build up a good base first. Get on a good diet plan, lift 4x/week, and take staple supps (joint support, fish oil, protein, mulit-v, and maybe creatine). Sometimes a sleep agent will be advertised as a test booster because deep REM sleep is when you hgh level rise the most. Just look at powerFULL.
JawAdams, and from what experience or expertiese do you say that most natty test boosters don't work? Cause most do work very well, just some are much better than others. Look into T-Bol, BioForge or ActiveExtreme...Last edited by WyldByll; 09-15-2009 at 12:31 PM.
I got big by re-racking your weights....

I like to pre-load all of my supplements for 2yrs before lifting seriously. I feel so vascular and the pumps are INSANE!

Good advice here. If you are as confused as you seem to be about ZMA and other things, I think that you should stick to the basics for a while. Training and diet dictate 95% of results anyways, so it is best to just focus on those for the time being.
As for test-boosters, they can certainly be used effectively for you in the future. Tribulus is great for libido...not much else. Things like Activate Xtreme and Bioforge make good test-boosters, but not until every other part of your supplement, diet, and training regimen is in place.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

I doubt it will help much, save your money instead and keep on working out. If you think you can afford spending a lots of money on supplements which may not do much or anything at all feel free to do so.
ZMA isn't dangerous, or well, overdosing zinc or magnesium to extreme levels may be I guess, so don't.
So don't take a PH.
ZMA is not a PH. A pro-hormone has substances which the body will convert to real testosterone. ZMA is just a proprietary mixture of zinc monomethionine aspartate, magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine. While low magnesium levels may be bad for your strength and zinc is a mineral used for among other things producing sperm I don't know if ZMA has really been shown to do much. If nothing else atleast as far as your zinc and magnesium levels already are ok it won't help your hormones or strength or anything. It's just a mineral and vitamin supplement.
Go whey, creatine, fish oil and caffeine or something.
I don't remember but I think it was said there where no studies which showed that divanil worked but seems like it do from all the users.
While ATD in the case of Novedex XT raised testosterone quite a bit, free testosterone, dht to it didn't showed any changes in body composition. May have been to short time to test it or something but in any case I guess that just shows that it won't do a hell of a lot of difference atleast. It's not night and day even when it works.

To my knowledge, the NXT study showed a significant drop in fat-mass. Something I'd definitely consider to be a large positive.
As for Divanil, there is a fair bit of bloodwork to show its efficacy in raising free testosterone.
Also, take all studies (like the NXT one) with a grain of salt. As you mentioned, the subjects showed major increases in Testosterone, etc...However, since diets were not necessarily standardized/controlled, the overall body-comp results could be greatly skewed.NSCA-CSCS and CPT
