LMAO my close grip is too close of a grip?? I have a fairly narrow bp grip as it is, would be pointless IMO to do cg with hands any farther than I am, as I can't feel it in the tris at all then. I actually can do cgbp with my thumbs touching, srs, but my hands bump into my chest so I can't go down far enough, so I stopped doing that. Don't forget I have dem trex arms.

Awesome lifting day of DEATH and Destruction! Glad Auntie Ham is recovering from the icky flu thingy
That old guys sounds awesome! "It's meh machinez why you work on it!" Like he bought the damn thing, placed it in LTF and is the only one that can use it
I have to confess, a majority of my marital convo's have been about poop. Seriously, at least once a day I'm asked if I've pooped yet and used to get picture messages... so yeah lol. Jim has the same issue when we go out shopping, all of a sudden he declares "Gotta poop!" and runs off to the bathroom SMH. A couple of years ago we bought a deep fryer right around Halloween and proceeded to fry everything that we ate for two weeks. We ended up in a dollar store and all of a sudden I got a horrible feeling in my gut and the store didn't have a bathroom. We made a mad dash back to the apartment and I swear it was like the scene in Brides Maids where the bride is booking it across the street to get to a bathroom but I'm booking it through the front door to the bathroom, I didn't quite make it lol. The toilet was only 10 feet away sigh
If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

OMG I'm crying at that poo story! Haha I'm just like your hubz, I can be ANYWHERE and just all of a sudden we have an emergency level 9 code brown lol! And I have like a 3min window to find somewhere, srs, never understood how normal people say ah just hold it. Lol wut?! Sorry you fell short of your toilet goals that day, it happens to the best of us.
Will look for those! Yeah my system works like that of an 8 yr old. I have had to full out sprint from produce to the bathrooms up front srs, not sure how that comes on so quick, but when it does I have to take it seriously.Current PRs:

On my second set of Nyquil and Dayquil bottles already. :/ Kinda tempted to bulk back to 170 lol, would like to increase my bench, row, ohp, and DL asap. Still at 161, didn't track last week due to being sick. Dunno, just would like to see some PRs come faster. Gonna work on rows 2x a week to get them up there, really wanna hit 185 this year on those. POOP!!!!!! That's why I always have a ton of napkins in my car. ALWAYS!
People think I'm joking when I say "I will squat right here, if I have to." Grant it, I have never had to go RIGHT HERE, but I have had to pull over to the side of the road (highway) and run as far out into the pasture as possible, face oncoming traffic, and drop it like it's hot. We all waited with bated breath as D&D ensued... and many shoulder and tricep muscle fibers were destroyed that day...
So do you have a certain number of sets in mind with your OHP or do you just keep at it until you feel enough damage has been done? I LOVE cgbp... my favorite tricep exercise. Your form looks great to me. My cgbp is also better than my flat bench. You are right... I'm doing something seriously wrong with that...

Yeah well I had to wait for people to stop complaining that my grip was close on close grip bench press.
Wouldroadtripwith.jpg You wanna hear something really terrible (well too bad I'm gonna tell ya anyways!) sometimes when I take a pwo I have to pee like every 15min for a while srs, I guess it just speeds up my system. So anyways I put this old shaker bottle in my car for extreme emergencies (shaker leaks so I can't use it for proteinz) after it was in there like a week BOOM - emergency ensues, had to pull over and piss on side of road srs. Feltweirdman.jpg but was happy to not pee my shorts, definitely wouldn't have made it all the way to the gym before that happened. :/ I worry how bad I'm gonna be in another 30 years haha, how the hell do I have such issues?!
LOLOL Swoosh every time I have been in an mri or cat scan, anything small and enclosed really, I have a mini panic attack and have to crap, srs. Wut is that about?! Actually all through grade school we had this thing where you were only allowed to go to the bathroom 3x per yr during class (weird man, why don't they just let you go if you have to go wtf) and it freaked me the hell out for many years 100% srs. I've told friends about this and they think after years of that it scarred me for life, could be right.
It is very calculated actually, 45, 45, and 60 are warmups. 70 and 80 are work, and if I'm feeling strong I'll go for some 85 or 90 sets, then just throw in a couple more depending how things are going. Yes SL if your cgbp is stronger than your bp you are benching way wrong, fix dat asap!
Right there with ya sister, if I ever ended up with a kid I'd trade it for some Subway coupons on craigslist, semi srs, Boston Market may be better hmmm.
True, but then you're in there 3x a day, lots of scrabble is played during my bulks.

My jimmies were seriously rustled today. Woke up not feeling great (dat Nyquil makes me feel awful when I wake up at 5am) actually feel back asleep on the couch trying to put my socks on. So anyways the only thing that motivated me to get up and go to work was promising myself I'd take a lil nap as soon as I got home around 1ish. And then Squat Day would ensue this evening. Nope, one of my people called off so it was emergency mode all day trying to get everything done and help everyone, felt sick as hell working outside in 15 degrees all day, coughing up all this stuff still, ah yeah and we had a snowstorm again too, so it took me a couple hours to get out where I needed to be which would usually take me 35min. Got home at 8pm. Didn't get anything to eat until 7pm-ish, farking Subway meh, but that's all I could really think to get that's not disgusting take out. Picked up a feast of epic proportions at Boston Market coming home so trying to make some easy cals here between that, a couple bottles of orange juice, and 6 eggs.
Today so far:
So will squat tomorrow, prob bench Sunday, and hams will roll. For tonight it's turkey, Nyquil, and choc chip cookies.Current PRs:

I don't know Drea, I'm cutting right now and between my massive amounts of veggies, my probiotic, my fiber tabs twice a day my poops are quite epic
If you guys aren't taking a probiotic, you should give it a try ... makes a huge difference in your "digestive health" (that's proper talk for poopies)

Besides not being able to breathe, almost puking several times, and having all this shiz coming out of my chest through my throat and nose it was fine lol.
Awww, I would accept your hug, and give you an atomic wedgie while said hug was in progress.
I tried those once for about 6mths as suggested by a doc, did not do a thing (took Align), pretty sure I'm immuned to probiotics srs.

SQUAT DAY
SUPPS:
PRE: Maniac 2.5 scoops, DayQuil
INTRA: RecoverPro 2 scoops
POST: ON Protein 2 scoops, Con-Cret 2 scoops
LOCATION: Home gym
**Feeling really f'ing sick still can't breathe right and all this disgusting stuff is coming up from the depths of my chest it seems. Thanks bb.com for the free t-shirt with my last proteinz order, I blew my nose in this shirt like 5x during my workout lol. Nose is bleeding again too I think just from the force of all this crap coming out of it all the time. /TMI
WARMUP:
-Knee/leg agility exercises: 1 measley set, got really out of breath and thought I was gonna puke :/
-BW squats
LEGS:
Back Squats:
*went heavier than usual and high rep, had to do something since I can't f'ing breathe, but I'm not a p@ssy either so I was sure as hell not gonna cancel squat day
75x12
105x10
135x7
*added belt, although had it pretty loose cause it made breathing even harder
150x5
170x3
185x2
170x3
150x5
(all easy as far as weight is concerned and coulda got more reps, just got out of breath really quick, and got real close to puking in laundry sink lol)
185 (need to slow down)
170 (much better, will get more reps easy when health is back to 100%)
-Tons of stretching, moreso than usual just to do something.
Supposed to bench tomorrow, will do the best I can. Wish this awful sickness would go away, it's been 2 weeks already. I'm on my second set of bottles of Nyquil and Dayquil (bought the family sized big ones this time, going through it quickly meh.)
Almost had an incident in my basement too! I have those flourescent hanging lights (I think that's what it's called) so I turn on the lights and this one starts making an awful crackling noise, I'm like wtf. I go over there and there is smoke coming out big time! I ran over, shut off the lights, and unplugged this one. They are all independent from each other thankfully. There's a pretty big spider web up on it so I'm not sure if a spider got inside the light part and was getting fried when I turned the light on? No idea, I will take it apart another day and see what's going on. I'll probably end up just buying a whole new light fixture, but if you guys have those in your basement be careful! I've seen a few people that do home gym vids that have the same setup as I do. I will also be mounting an extra fire extinguisher down there. I have one right at the top of the basement stairs basically in my kitchen, and one upstairs, but should have one specifically assigned to my gym.Current PRs:
