    not nearly as often. especially close to a meet.

    raw lifters can definitely benefit from contrast, but don't need as much contrast nor as often.

    Bill, I know that you've recommended mobilitywod before, but do you have any favorite hip openers? I have really tight hip flexors that really inhibit flaring my knees, is there anything specific that you've done to open yours up? I've noticed you've got great hip flexibility.

    I don't really do anything for it due, my hips have always been very flexible...I just try to maintain it with very basic stretches.

    1. Do I do a single ply meet in March then get back in my multiply gear for the SJ Fit Expo, use the single ply as a stepping stone.
