most ME bench movements have some sort of contrast when raw. In a shirt I'll do more straight weight work off boards or full range. I'll do some RE work close to a meet raw on DE day instead of doing contrast work, but still most ME work will be contrasted raw.Originally Posted by ampUP11

Bill, I know that you've recommended mobilitywod before, but do you have any favorite hip openers? I have really tight hip flexors that really inhibit flaring my knees, is there anything specific that you've done to open yours up? I've noticed you've got great hip flexibility.
