Question How do you get 2000-3000 calories in one meal?

Heard a bunch of people say they are getting 2000-2500 calories in one meal yet they never explain or detail how. Seems to be that way with everything and everyone, they brag about it but dont explain. So is there a way to get that many in one meal without having to eat 8 pounds of food. Would like to have daily calorie intake of 5-6000 for some healthy weight gain but I dont know where to start meal wise. 2 gallons of milk and 3 cans of peanut butter? Lol. Any help or detailed 2500 calorie meal plan would be nice and more than appreciated, thanks

I ate pf changs for dinner last night. Mongolian beef on top of the dan dan noodels came out to like 2300-2400 calories. That actually wasn't that filling at all, it depends on what you want to put in your body. But there are many things that can get you to 2500 cals pretty easily.

A nice 20oz ribeye with a baked potato(with "fixings") and salad with dressing can easily get you 2k calories...just a normal/simple meal you can order at almost any steakhouse in America.

A solid pizza will do that many calories easily.

    OP...

why don't you figure out yoru calorie, protein, fat, carb requirements then eat a well balanced diet that is micro and macro nutrient dense to hit your physique and health goals??

May be better in the long run than just randomly eating any 2,000 calorie meals throughout the day.

For fun though here is another 2000 calorie meal....

    93/7 beef 3 5 ounce patties
6 pieces bread in which to put those patties in to make a burger
2 pieces of pepperjack cheese per burger
1 piece of bread with peanut butter and jelly and cool whip

    ~2160 calories
