I've been using Muscle Milk for two years now and love it. I've never had the results I've got from Muscle Milk from any other protein shake I've used in the past. I recommend Muscle Milk, but I've never tried Monster Milk so I can only speak for Muscle Milk. Hope I helped. ~Blake~

Monster Milk just has a similar name and that is it, they are two completely different products.
You would be better off comparing it to this one

No they are not, they are designed to do the same thing except one has different forms of creatine, protien and BCAA in it, but they are both all in one products. Where these two are closer in comparison then Muscle Milk, which is a MRP
I do like the ingredients in monster milk for a post workout drink, it is like a kicked up version of cyto gainer I may give it a try this fall.
Cyto Gainer
good for bulking
high amount of protien from a whey mix
creatine
complex carbs
glutamine
Monster Milk
good for bulking
protien mix
creatine
glutamine
complex carbs

A. It's not some whey only product.
B. You can find it for $5 cheaper...and even cheaper still.
C. Contains high quality proteins (Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate).
D. Includes added creatine & glutamine.
E. It's an MRP with high protein, good fats, high fiber.
Whether it's worth it to you or not based on that is for you to decide. But let's call it for what it is.
