How are you liking Sydney?

I am absolutely loving it!! So happy to be here. City Gym is great too! Obviously its an expensive place to live but that’s only a problem while I’m not working. When I start in two weeks I will have some cash to visit the more ‘fun’ places. I am glad I moved.

Moogs - apart from Mad Mex there's Guzman & Gomez - fantastic burritos! They're on King St in the city and are opening a store at world square.

Thanks, I have walked past them before so I know where that is. Post-cut visit is happening at G&G! There is a Mexican restaurant called Mexican Cantina By Tomatoz. Any idea what their burritos are like? I do love Mexican!

Have now tried all of the light and creamy ice creams. The raspberry is the best IMO.

I also really liked the mars bar and snickers ice creams.

Mine are currently sanitarium natural PB, almonds, hommus, olive oil, ice cream and chia seeds. Need more ideas!! Preferrable things with more fat than other macros per 100g, or really really fatty ice cream!

Ahhh thanks guys, I am unaware on coconut oil. Will pick some up on my next trip.

PB, red meat, cooking with oils.
Other ideas for you might be salami and bacon, other cheeses like feta, using creamy sauces, oils in salad dressings, avocado.

This, unfortunately amazon have it, but they don't ship down here. They're insane not shipping here.

Let me just say this, I am a peanut butter and nutella addict!! Like I'll put them on anything.

I get Suisee Women's Multi from chemist warehouse, they are pretty cheap from what I have found.

150 tablets is $53 instead of $80. Obviously they have the men's multi as well.

Whatever's on sale at Woolies. Usually Nature's Way in the big tub. Once your intake is adequate, more does not equal better.


And Swisse is expensive as hell.

If you're headed in the Connoisseur direction, you're much better off going for their Murray River Salted Caramel or Snowy Mountain Blueberry Crumble.
