Didn't place, but **** it! I owned this prep, hit a lot of personal goals, and successfully competed which most people will never do!
Thank you guys so much for all the love and support, but now it's time....TO BULK THE HELL UP!!
Already pounded a king size Reese, 8 homemade cookies, a one pound pumpkin roll, and I am awaiting my bacon, buffalo chicken, and mushroom calzone!

Crazy proud of you Billy! You were 100% on board from day 1 and it shows! I am always impressed when a young guy like yourself has the discipline to put in the work and get on stage. There is always tons of temptation out there, especially at your age, and u handled it all like a champ!
I'm sure u r motivated as hell to get to bulking and start packing on the mass.
For what it's worth, friends and family at the wedding I was in today were impressed as well with the pics u sent.
Enjoy the FEAST!!!

As for my diet... Not really worrying about it until after Monday. I have a guy at work who thinks I can't demolish the amount of food this BBQ place gives you so I have to show him what the deal is Monday for lunch pics of said "huge" meal will be posted!
Until then, hit ihop this morning and stopped at Krispy Kreme for a little treat
Oh and I woke up to a nice 148.6 not a bad gain

Last update / food pic of the day, I promise. Feeling like complete sh!t right now, today has easily ended with around 6-7k calories. Completely washed out, no abs, nothing! Went to the gym for 20minutes and had to go to my grandmas b-day that I forgot about. Had an awesome time but its time to get back on track. I feel absolutely disgusting!
Tomorrows diet: may do some egg whites in the morning if I am hungry, go to lunch with my co-worker and maybe a chicken salad for dinner. This is for lunch, should take care of my macros for the day.
Starting bulk at: 160c/225p/67f

haha dang right we do!
Plans are to take it pretty slow. I busted my ass for this conditioning and i dont want to lose it. I would like to get up to around 175 but that could change depending how things are going. I want to stay in physique, but i definitely need to pack on a bit more mass. Next time i step on stage i want to be just as conditioned but 160 at least!

Went to lunch this afternoon and he was right, they give you a ton of food! However, after breakfast today all I had was a protein shake so I was primed and ready to tear some food up. Below are pictures of the destruction.
Have to love living in the south!!! Probably going to fast for the rest of the day, maybe kill another shake later on! Never under estimate the little guys

BULK DAY 1
Alright guys today we are back on track. Yesterday was the last of my splurge eating. I am still going to incorporate various foods into my diet using IIFYM. A lot of people like and dislike this protocol, so I am going to give it a shot and see what I think since it's all about personal trial and error. Macro target has changed to 145c/70f/229p. Not weighing myself until this up coming monday. Personally don't want to see any numbers. Workout for the rest of the week is going to be a lot of traditional work superset with a balance movement. Stan sent me an updated plan on a 5x5 4 day split that I will start Monday. Going to assess my lift weights to fit the plan correctly.
Macros planned for today: 145c/71f/229p
Breakfast/preworkout: 1 gingerbread poptart, 8 egg whites, 1/2 a bagel

Haha i will say i have killer self control / will power. I guess knowing i get one everyday for breakfast helps me cope with digging into the whole pack. Also one single poptart has 35g of carbs, so if i eat two for breakfast my carb intake for the rest of the day will suffer! Once i get deeper in the bulk im sure two will fit in very nicely for breakfast I really want to test the whole implementing foods you enjoy while sticking to mainly whole foods. The toasted gingerbread is where its at, very delicious.
Postworkout / snack 1: 1 scoop of trutein chocolate peanut butter, 1/4 of a banana, 2 tablespoons of natural PB.

W.O. Summary: The workout was killer, especially implementing the supersets. All the carbs from the past couple days did me well...I had a killer pump. My main focus on back is going to be nice slow movements and focusing alot on my lats. Looking back at the competition pictures i noticed that is one area i lacked, if not my back in general. HAVE TO GET WIDE! For physique they are looking for a nice V-taper. Overall it felt awesome to be back in the gym after taking 4 days off. Full of engery and ready to do work!

Great attitude and great workout. This bulk is gonna go real well for you I just know it. You seem to have tunnel vision when it comes to achieving your goals. It's gonna be fun watching this thread for the next year or however long you decide to bulk for. Get in there and kill it!

It's something I thoroughly enjoy, and plan to make a living off of eventually. Once I set my eyes on a target I don't veer off of it. Having you guys holding me accountable helps me out tremendously. Also after posting my competition photos on ******** and Instagram, I have been getting all kinds of messages from people looking for help! It's a great feeling and makes me want to push that much harder. This bulk will be big, I promise. Nothing is going to slow me down!
