Make sure he does not buy it. A lot of these sites claiming amazing results from cis9-t11 or 2-(Methylguanidino)ethanoic acid (aka. creatine) are really just credit card scams where you will be charged an exorbitant amount repeatedly until you cancel the subscription.Originally Posted by christof1

It is essentially Safflower Oil put in a pretty package and marketed as a supplement. I'd recommend going to your local health food store and purchasing Safflower oil and giving that a try. Its less expensive that way and no credit card scams will get you.
