how long does it take to see visible results with a PL program while you're eating clean? i havent eaten any bad food for 2 days and i can only barely see some arms veins. does it usually take this long, or even weeks before you see significant results? should i do a OLY WL program instead, or try 5/3/1?

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Considering you'd be hard pressed to find someone whose your genetic equal on this forum....who knows >_>. Whether or not you have good, if any visible vascularity is affected by a couple different variables, the main one should be genetics - not undefined "bad food" compared to also non-specific "eating clean". You chugging bleach and soap, homes? Were you eating nails and grass before then?
Just cut out the veins of a homeless man and glue them onto your arms. That way, you can still eat whatever you want.

It will work okay that way, but I would run Smolov for squat, Smolov Jr. for bench, and Coan/Phillipi for deadlift for better results.
For your off days, put Oly lifts in a Westside Template, but use the Prilepin table for your percentages/reps/sets.
Also, run Ort/Mag deadlift on EZ bar curls for the biceps. That will really bring out the cuts in your arms.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

When you are taking your pictures, make sure you get one source of overhead light DIRECTLY over you. The room should be dim overall, however. Suck in your stomach more, and experiment with what angles make you look smaller.
Post the pics as "relaxed" pics, but you can actually be flexing all your muscles. No one can tell the difference on the internet.

Come to think of it, my gym has dim lighting that casts overhead....so long as I'm able to get a good angle off the mirrors, I should be able to make my mid-section look smaller while giving the illusion that my arms are past 19 inches.
