    the guy is on cutters, he has like 3 percent bodyfat, and stays at that bodyfat all year around.
    if you are seriously trying to justify that he can naturally achieve that low bodyfat all year around naturally, you are out of your minds.

    I honestly don't care if he's natural. He's got a few facts of life down from his video on simplyshredded. Regardless though measure your capacity against yourself. I don't know if you will ever create a great physique trying to achieve one that's not yours. I do know by looking in the mirror and creating a vision of what I want to look like as opposed to Greg Plitt I'm that much more likely to go out and do it.
