Been killing it in the gym this week. I feel reasonably confident by 3/1 I can hit 199.8 or as I like to call it, 25 pounds lighter than I was in 7th grade!

Hey everyone - just wanted to share a quick recipe: pumpkin souffle with vanilla "icing". Sorry the lighting is bad. I really wanted to eat the damn thing and wasn't gonna get my actual camera and/or set up the proper food-tography lighting. Thing is super filling, super nutritious, and can be prepared in less than 5 minutes.
Macros: 135 calories
F: 0.5 g
C: 10.0 g (5.2 fiber)
P: 20.7 g
Souffle:
Mix 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 tbsp Splenda, dash baking powder, dash cinnamon, and splash vanilla in a cup. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
"Icing"
Mix 1/2 scoop whey protein (I used vanilla) with as little water as possible to turn it into a paste. Spread over souffle.Fat and weak, but getting better.
1RMs as of 6/06/2012:
Squat: 320
Bench Press: 215
Deadlift: 350
Overhead Press: 120
Weighted Chin: +50

Last thing I want to do is be the same size I was in high school. LOL. I was the skinny kid, the bean pole, the weak one. It was advantages in some regards cause I could out run the big guys chasing me and wanting to kick my ass. Back then I never in my wildest dreams thought I would end up at 281lbs. Being fat isn't no picnic either. No idea what my ideal weight will end up at? If i had to speculate since I am at 6'0 I would guess 185-190lbs @ 10% body fat would be ideal. Never had a six pack even when I was skinny so that is one goal I have set even if means dropping my weight back to high school days of around 150-155lbs. I remember at 160lbs I had no muscular definition. Just don't ever want to look skinny again. Counting on lifting heavy to keep the bean pole look at bay.

This is real life! Er,real fiction, I mean. I'm writing from the set of my brother's 1st feature film. This is day 2 of filming, and the caterer has been amazing. It's a low budget independent, but everyone is calling in favors/hooking us up. Diet hasn't been too bad, but I haven't had any exercise since last tuesday. Freezing my butt off as I stand in for the lead actor while they set up the camera. We're in Pasadena, CA today. I hope everyone's doing well.

for some reason my strnegth is being affected already doing the diet this way so im switching back to my original plan of 4 weeks at maintenance and 2 weeks at a 3500 calorie deficit and repeat that cycle for a whole year.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Did awesome chest workout today! Think I might have did to much because my last few excerises felt like beating a dead horse. But I did them. I didn't cook my meals for the week today so I have a busy day tomorrow after work with back day and cooking. Weighing myself tomorrow to see where I'm at. Been doing bad but getting back on track to get into the green.

Morning all,
Mad water consumption so far today, not sure why.
Had a sneak peek at the weight this morning. Looks like it could be a good one. Fingers crossed i have no mad fluctuations in the next 24 hours.

Is it dishonest to restrict sodium, eat less, and run more on Tuesdays? I must stay in the GREEN tomorrow!

234 on the button this am. Typically, from Tues to Wed, I drop about 3 lbs of excess water associated with my Monday carb up (weight lifting day = more carbs day for me). Extra caffiene and water today = around 230-231 tomorrow? To remain on track for my goal for this cut thread, I need to be below 230 by 1 March. So far, tracking!
Also, been doing the All Pro beginner routine and just started week 2. I'm not a true beginner in that I've lifted on and off since I was 15 (13 years OMFG I'm old). My problem has been that I usually try to go big or go home, and I end up hurting myself or get srsly sore to the point that I can't move well. So, I'm going to try and rebuild the base I had in my teens by letting my CNS catch up with the muscles to be able to support pushing more and more weight. Simple really! I wake up ever lifting day super excited to hit the gym and that hunger actually helps me keep my diet in check and I have completely adjusted to doing IF. Pants fit looser. #lovingitCurrent Lifts:

You are an inch taller than me,
Here I am at 158 dry.
http://imagecdn.bodybuilding.com/img...VBE0i6691.jpeg
Here I am a few weeks later off EC on creatine & eating carbs at 168lbs. LOL!
http://imagecdn.bodybuilding.com/img...0jLlBO145.jpeg
I hope this helps a little.
Also, I have no idea why my nipple is black. Must of been the way the flash hit my chest. LOL!
This time around i'm going to still be on EC but i'll also be on creatine & i'm going to going higher carb & less of a deficit and looking at 160 - 165 also.
But i think i'd need 155lbs to see some abs.
This morning I finish my bulk at 178lbs.
I'll update my progress pics on Wed when I weigh in.

tentative plan is to clean bulk at 160, if i feel i may look better by cutting further i might
but my goal isnt to be skinny, but to be as aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as possible, which involves building more muscle at some point
so im sticking to my guns, i figure i wont be ripped at 160 but i should be able to see my abs at the very minimum
i have pretty big legs for what its worth
EDIT - @Nitrogen lol @ your nipple, thats some change though, the clean bulk was worth it
i cant say for sure whats gonna happen, but at this point i cant help but think a 12lb fat loss will be pretty noticeable on me, but like i said Im gonna evaluate everything once i get there
