Since the beginning winter I've been lazing around eating as much as I could and being less active. Now I feel like doing something because not only am I feeling weaker, but because my lower area of my body has gained more fat. My thighs last summer looked more toned and triangular shaped, now it has lost its tone and looks more wider. Also, my butt's sticking out and my jeans feel slightly tighter.
What would be the best exercise to burn the fat down there? Running? Jump Rope?
